Apple semolina cake, I've never eaten anything so delicious!

Ingredients:
100g butter
130g sugar
10g vanilla sugar
3 eggs
150g sour cream
100g semolina
130g flour
1 tsp baking powder
2-3 apples

I made this with just semolina flour and 40 grams of almond flour, it turns out super moist and soft at the same time! Perfect grainy texture and golden colour ❤ thank you for the recipe!
