I made these but instead of knots i made 12 rolls and used them for chickem parmesan sliders and they were absolutely delicious thank you for the great recipe ❤

My batch came out great last night! Froze dozen to use for book club on Thursday. Guess I can’t add a photo. My mini rolling pin is 10 inches long so used it for measuring. I baked on a silpat mat and didn’t get good browning on bottom so flipped for 3 min at end. Will bake on cast iron next time. No blonde breads for me! I like a nice brown (tasty) crust!
Agreed. I love mine to brown as well. When I filmed this my top oven element was broken 😆
