Following the tragic death of his former girlfriend - seemingly caused by his own attempt to save her - Peter Parker (Warden Wayne) lingers in his guilt of the past, questioning whether the curse of his alter ego should be buried for good. When he's met by the news that a terminally ill child has requested to meet Spider-Man, Peter contemplates the decision to comfort him in his final days.

Gavin, even after all the controversy facing a young man like you, I am grateful you are still going forward with releasing this movie. I am just happy that you addressed the outrage in a mature manner and apologized. The only thing we can do when we have done atrocious things in the past is to confront them, apologize, and move on. You don't know me and I don't know you but it is amazing that a fictional character is able to bring so many people together. I want to say thank you for the stuff you and your team have created so far. I have been binging the Lotus theme song a lot and it helps me get through the day. This whole project is amazing and I cannot wait for the final product! Cheers Gavin!

Every other Spiderman trailer tries to be exciting, but this one's powerful. The amount of references I caught, the impressive visuals, the acting, the accuracy, the heart, this is gonna make huge impact in the character's legacy! I'm honestly still tearing up. Not a comic book reader it seems, cause by what I saw there were tons of references to comic books I've read; including "Spider-Man Blue" a comic where Peter records his feelings for Gwen on tape and also shows how everything led to her death.
Some of the other references, go straight to the 60's comics.

Despite the controversy the production of this movie is still dealing with right now, deep down, I still want this fan-made movie to come out. Let's just hope that all that effort that was put into this movie does not go to waste any further.
This is exactly how I feel. This honestly looks good, and the visuals released by the effects team a few weeks ago look absolutely astounding.
The backlash is deserved, it shouldn't come out with the actors that causes the drama.

Plus a lot of what was apparently leaked out there turned out to be fake anyways. Plus the VFX people and the cast and crew who I can tell worked really hard to get this movie made.

I just love how personal, and heartbreaking this feels. Most seem to forget that superhero’s are beacons of hope when directing films. They focus on the action and fun which is cool. But seeing something like this getting made is just jaw dropping.
