I hope they release a game like red dead 2 where you can customize your character, like being a mandalorian,jedi,bounty hunter, etc and that there’s an open world/worlds where you can travel around to get to missions or other points of interest

@@TheCatIsAMonster it's more about the choosing what your character is, i guess it's more likely they create something like Fallen Order but open world, without choosing anything by yourself in the story and customizing only the cosmetics

Yeah I'd be down for all of those. KOTOR 3 is something I want so badly like it's number 1 on my Star Wars bucket list and I wish it never got cancelled for the awful Star Wars The Old Republic game

My wishlist for star wars games:
1. A Mandalorian bounty hunter game
2. Republic/Imperial Commando game
3. Star Wars Battlefront 3 (without microtransactions)
That’s my list too. The only thing I would add is a new and improved empire at war.
I would rather have a bounty hunter game where you would create your own character.
Micro transactions would keep BF3 going because it would mean they would make money, and that would mean more content.
I want this list to exist so bad , believe me , but the micro transactions for games are going to be a must from now on. I am sorry. I did not think they generate that much money , but taking a peek at GTA V online , a game from 2013/2014 is still making so much money from the optional micro transactions almost 10 years later.
I really really really hope for a new Republic Commando game !!! Hire the original team that made the first one or something , just do it , you've got Disney money now.
I want... a new Rogue Squadron game. Those are absolute classics that hold up in both gameplay and graphics despite the last one coming out almost two decades ago. So just imagine what a modern Rogue Squadron game would be like...
Republic Commando literally just needs coop. To this day one of my favorite games of all time, but coop would make it that much more incredible
The multiplayer was my favorite, one of the best core memories of my childhood
I actually want a Sith vs Rakata game. This ancient part of Star wars lore is not really much looked upon, and it would be cool if this is expanded into.
I wish they'd do something on the jedi Civil War or the sith wars or something with aujnta pall but they won't they too focused on this stupid shit and high republic all the cool shit happens during the old republic an alittle later

Star Wars is super underused in gaming now a days. I’m really hoping that these next few games will show game devs that Star Wars is a money machine, and more will be made.

I am so hyped for jedi survivor it's definitely gonna be a contender for a goty award of some kind next year.
If we don't see a new KOTOR game (which I really hope we do as I loved KOTOR 1 and 2) I very much hope we can get fully remastered versions of KOTOR 1 and 2 completed with any cut content (as I'm an xbox user). Even though I would miss not having a new KOTOR game, at least I would be able to enjoy the KOTOR games just that little bit more! I remember seeing a studio of volunteers on twitter remastering KOTOR 1 and the graphics looked insane, before it got shut down which was a big shame.
I really want some kind of open world Star Wars game similar to fallout or Skyrim where you’re some Mandalorian or force sensitive stuck on some planet.
If they could make it multi planetary even better but I doubt it’s a possibility

Awesome video Ozzy! I’m really excited for KOTOR, Jedi Survivor, & this Ubisoft open world game. Well the main game I really want to play is KOTOR. I’m a little bummed out that it’s delayed but if they delayed it to improve the game then I’m fine with it. I don’t want any of these games to be pushed out the door in a broken state.
They said it's delayed indefinitely which means it likely isn't coming unless they really push past the managing issues

@@Steel-101 while youtubers are being overdramatic, the studios are being secretive and hiding something, there has yet to be a scenario in the gaming industry where a game that got delayed *indefinitely* ever released. Delayed *indefinitely* means nobody is working on it right now, and the studio is empty, the odds of this game ever being finished are not just close 0, it's literally 0.

I read the KOTOR remake has been 'indefinitely delayed'.
Apparantly its main Creative Director and Art Director have been fired.
Give us a huge open world KOTR star wars game with jedi fallen order like combat, multiplayer and good talent/character customization so we can all go nuts.
Or witcher combat update the kotor combat with either the same combat it had or real time fallen orders combat was terrible

Now, imagine a KOTOR game made with unreal engine 5 with JEDI fallen order combat, Star Wars squadrons flying, destructible environments, VR support, and artificially intelligent AI Npcs. You’d have the most successful video game of all time
"JEDI" combat is really overrated, its just D.souls' combat but all your melee weapon replaced by lightsabers. Jedi Academy lightsaber combat is something that "Jedi" can't rival. And if there was a game that fuses JA combat and TFU's power use and combination, it would be probably perfect game.

I want Star Wars Galaxies 2. I want to live a life as an alien again, craft, bounty hunt, play instanced battlefront matches for planetary control, and unlock a force sensitive child to raise in the force.
It would be sick if they made it like Skyrim open world nd different content. Definitely would enjoy being a mando or Jedi creating your own path. And link up with friends and open world pvp other players when there is high tier loot around or random encounters with other players on different planets and space fights.

Jedi Survivor as it is the only game coming truly confirmed, so is my number 1. Outside of that, I am hopeful for Ubisoft to make theirs and Eclipse looks intriguing and fresh.

Jedi Survior is the only game i care about as it's the closest to be releasing/ is a sequel to fallen order and hasn't got pushed back to the ether like Eclipse or KOTOR which i belive got delayed/outright canceled for better or for worse we'll never know. Can't wait to see the reveal for Survivor as the original JFO showcase was HYPE my most anticipated title for SW games.
Hope Ragtag and 1313 get revived by Lucasfilm games or the other/original studios as the liscenes is now non exclusive and if Republic Commando comesback/reworked into Imperial Commando would be siiiick especially with respawn

Respawn Entertainment was created by the guys who created Call of Duty. The old Infinity ward Call of Duty are some of the best in the series. That is another reason to get excited about their FPS game.

I literally just got my Xbox One like I think a year ago finally and I was so excited to get Jedi fallen order and battlefront 2 kind of makes me sad that the new sequels going to be on the next-gen console but I get it

I don't even care if there's no Jedi in the next big game, as long as it's open world, with starship fights and huge customization options. If there are Jedi, I hope it goes along the lines of the SWG gameplay when Jedi were first introduced, having increasing difficulties of bounty hunters coming after you the more you used your saber or force powers.

I wish there was going to be a s.t.a.l.k.e.r like game but with mandalorians instead of stalkers, and there could be all sorts of factions
wouldn't it be cool to play an fps/tps and have your own little force even if it's just infantry and customize them with your own armors and flags and such and march them against other player's personal mini armies? or just the main star wars factions instead of creating your own would still be fine by me. I'd like to see a game like that that isn't just always player allies although having a squad of real players commanding their own squad of soldiers in the same mini vanilla faction/custom mini faction would be cool too. there'd be a leader commanding a large group of ai's and the players would be in ranking order under the command of their general/field commander with their own forces and can request things in person or over the radio about needing more troops or specific troops/weapons(like a scout trooper or dc15x sniper). having a base with your unused/reserved troop would be cool as you could defend the territory and slowly expand in an open-world like scenario.
another idea is a game to where you play as a leader of a stormtrooper(or clonetrooper during order 66)squad and are in a forest when a storm suddenly starts to head to your area or large empty building, both with gruesomely killed bodies of your troops everywhere as you and the remaining soldiers of your squad are being hunted down in a horror-like scenario by a a jedi or sith (or even both) whilst struggling to survive. I'd love to see a stormtrooper cry for his mommy as you suddenly turn into a hallway as the jedi (or sith) is using the force to drag his body away while begging you for an assistance and giving you the option to freeze in terror, try to help, or try to get a headstart in running away to safety. a cool part would be helping another trooper bring down an upside down trooper hang up by his ankles just to where you can't see and suddenly he gets pulled up out of your view and as you try to grab on o him but fail, you suddenly turn around and the other trooper is missing too.
Star wars is missing a tactics game - not like galactic battlegrounds (which might be worth looking into an update/remake) but more of a squad turn based XCOM style game. XCOM 2 has SW mods but I think they don't quite do the franchise justice that its own standalone would .

im a bit late on this, but basically what i dream for is battlefront 3 or another multiplayer star wars game like it or even completely different to it *shrugs* but also super hyped for the open world game high prospects love a good ole open world game skyrim fallout 4 etc obviously its not bethesda which i think is good so hopefully there will be plenty to do and nothing weighing it down also hope for driveable vehicles that would be dope like say skyrim replace horse with speeder or something would be dope i imagine or you jus hop into your xwing lol but idk what they have planned for the open world game honestly only heard anything about it the other day

Imagine telling someone in 2017 that in 2022 there are 9 confirmed star wars videogames announced and not a single one is Battlefront 3
It’s really shocking that we’re getting a modern open world Harry Potter game before a Star Wars one has even been properly announced. And no I’m not counting fallen order as I’d call that semi open world as the areas are relatively linear
Also the number of cancelled Star Wars games hurts my soul. Darth maul, 1313, ragtag, orca, and now maybe kotor. 5 games with crazy potential up in the air/scrapped

Well, I´m looking forward to Jedi Survivor the most because that is actually the only one of these that we are definitely gonna see. But I´m gonna wait to see if we get a PS5 Pro first, at least another 6 months. By then, I might buy a standard PS5 regardless. I still have 6 PS4 games and most of Elden Ring left and the summer will be spent with various series. That should cover the whole year.

I'm pretty certain the KOTOR remake is going the way of VtMB2... I think it's pretty much doomed. Which really makes me sad. The original games are still AMAZING, but seeing a remake would be really cool regardless.
