    What is the ultimate daily meal? Fast till 12...a bunch of fruit....lots of tea...raw honey...chlorella and spirulina powder...some homemade vegetable soup with mushrooms garlic heirloom beans sweet potato etc...and some sprouts or greens and nuts for dinner...maybe some sushi or poke a few times a week?
