In his book Woodwind instruments and their History, author Anthony Baines predicted that someday the recorder would be modernized so as to be more powerful, as had happened with most all other instruments. I read that some 45 years ago, and often wondered when it would happen... and now it has!
This is a great side-by side to really hear the difference. The Baroque seems to have a more comforting tone, fuller, and woodier. The Eagle is beautiful too but more "drastic" or "excited" sounding.

Obviamente que suena bien y con más potencia aparentemente pero además son bastante costosas, alrededor de U$S 2.000.-!

Well it's louder. What about dynamic, baroque recorder normally does really bad at that. Hope someone will work on it, better to make it affordable.
