I've owned the Kaabo Wolf Warrior for 1000 hard miles of riding. It's a great electric scooter. Watch this video to find out more about the scooter, and how it behaves once that 'new scooter smell' has long gone.

*I am loving the **Latest.Bike** Scooter , it’s sturdy, safe and well-made. It gets me from point A to point - B- in a good record of time. ?????*
I appreciate the time you took. your reviews are the best on UA-cam
Thanks! I appreciate that. FluidFreeride just gave me a code too, GINGERONWHEELS200 so now you get $200 if you want one, too. 🤘
Love this guys review even from Australia this is the reason why im buying the kaabo
As a previous owner of Zero 10x scooter, I can definitely confirm the Wolf's stability at higher speeds. After 1000+ miles on the Zero, I tried to ride the Wolf. It blew my mind when I saw the speedometer showing 45mph, because at those speeds Zero10x always felt extremely unsafe. That 2 min ride was the deciding factor for me to sell the Zero and become a Warrior :D
Figured as much. Those wide handlebars, tires, and double fork, plus hydraulic suspension , PLUS it's heavy. Checks all the boxes for stability I think. Thanks for watching!
nice, welcome to the pack!
Glad to hear that...I'm looking into the warrior. How's it holding up for ya??
@@fishingtwister The right suspension arm started to leak (at about 900km), the shop owner where I bought it contacted the Chinese guys and sent them pictures of it, so i'm allegedly getting a new suspension. Hope it will eventually arrive. No other problems yet
Thats a bummer. I'm 100 miles into my wolf journey but learning alot of preventative maintenance from gingers channel.
Thanks for your videos man. I was in the market for my first ever scooter and after watching and reading lots of info, your video on the Wolf Warrior convinced me to buy.
This video was a big reason I got this scooter. Thanks for offering something more and different with your videos. I just had my first long-ish ride and man, your review is on point. Great scooter. Keep up the good work!
Nice! Glad I could help. When I got mine there was ZERO content. I just had the picture to go off of. So I wanted to make sure everyone else would at least know what they were getting into. Happy you liked it 😁
Hey GOW, I truly appreciate your videos for the value and insight. Also.want to share that the Joy of electric scooters is something you appreciate when you ride. Impossible to capture all the experience but you do a great job . Thanks
Greetings from the lone Wolf in NC!!!! This is a great scooter!!!!!! I have had no issues.
I get mine up to 56mph GPS I only weight 140lb but still it's a beast
So far the best review I have ever watched
I had to show appreciation for the perfect amount of information and balance of pros and cons in this video 🤘🏾
i own a thunder and decided against the x or the wolf, but i can still appreciate your review. hats off to you sir! thank you
Thanks, I appreciate that. Hope you're enjoying your Thunder!
Why did you choose the thunder over the X or Wolf? I'm deciding on the thunder and X, but the X is very heavy.
Great video. I really appreciate your unbiased reviews. I'm getting a 10X personally, but I still enjoy your reviews. Especially your 11X reviews as it's in my sights down the road. Keep up the good work.
Appreciate that. Thank you. This video looks pretty standard, but it took me weeks of shooting, riding, and editing in-between my lunch breaks and after work.
Also, if you order the 10x from RevRides I think they're still doing $50 off with code GINGER50. 👌
@@GingerOnWheels I've already spoken with Minon at Rev Rides. He's awesome. He answered all my questions with enthusiasm which sold me even more than all my research. Sad that I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to get one because of Covid19 but such is life. Also I mentioned you name when I was discussing videos.
zero 10x is amazing fun
@@pierrefitch No it’s not. It’s way overrated and extremely overpriced. The WW for just a couple hundred bucks more is in a different league than the Zero 10X with the most powerful battery . I have said this a million times but put a good steering stabilizer on that 10X front end or you are taking your life in your hands at any speed over 25MPH. The too soft suspension combined with a front end that has more play than a Philly hooker is a recipe for disaster.
Thank you for your very informative video and getting to the truth of the pros and cons of purchasing such an expensive scooter, although after watching your video on the other reviews I've read I'm not sure that "scooter", is an accurate name for the such a beast. Just ordered mine at $2,800. Cannot wait for it to arrive. Much thanks in an honest customer review 😊
Hands down the best review on the internet. Well done dude loved it!
Thanks bro I bought one of these yesterday on my way home to try it out
Ginger what size are those alien key screws that run along the dual stems u know the ones u said snapped because uneven force was used now what mm are they and are they M2 or M3 Bolts?? Because I'm having trouble with bolts shearing off those bolts kaabo use are shit
GREAT VIDEO THANKS FOR TAKING TIME TO DO THIS FOR US
No problemo. Glad to help.
Now it’s time for the Warrior GT pro! I haven’t seen a single review on it.
That was an incredible review! Really well scripted so the information is compact. The video work was commendable. The music was relevant Top job! I'm currently in the market for a full blown off road high end E scooter that will last years and not be out dated / leave me dissappinted next month when a much better one comes out in this fast emerging market! Inspiring review here I want to do one just like it. Edit I subscribed based on that review! I'm not subscribed to many channels and usually dont for a few videos at least. That was really good.
Man you have no idea how inspiring comments like this are. I worked for weeks trying to make this video look and sound good and it turned out .. mediocre by my standards. I'm glad some people out there appreciate it. I'm happy to hear you subscribed, if you ever make a video shoot me a link!
P.s. check out the Zero 11x before you pull the trigger on the Wolf Warrior! It's a more street oriented and slight zippier Wolf. I think it'd be better for everything but offroading.
@@GingerOnWheels Keep making videos because your passion is viral. It wont take long to take off with the quality of production in this video. I have seen the Zero 11 x I was looking at the Zero 10 x a year ago. I already have a commuter scooter and made do for a while but now I want something that will go everywhere! Walking the dog off road on tracks or visiting cities. Whatever comes at it will be easy. I like the Zero 11 x but thats more expensive again! This is top end scooter and budget for a country where they are illegal;) Ill probably be the only person with one! Haha
@@GingerOnWheels P.S. I hope you manage to get your hands on one for the comparison video:)
Outstorm max pro +3 9000w 62 miles per hour dual motor 60 miles of range 680 pound weight capacity when adjusted suspension I don’t see any videos about it I think it’s the best scooter, hands-down for 2400 dollars suspension is insanely smooth I hit 58 just cruising
Very good video review, and very informative! 👍 Thank you!
Glad you liked it!
in four weeks i’ll be able to buy the wolf king gt!!! i’m so excited keep getting swooped by the magpies..
Thank you for this amazing review. Greetings from Belgium :-)
You're very welcome! I hope I get a chance to visit Belgium someday
I was really glad to find this video I’ve been looking for something I can use to commute with I’m slightly disabled and can’t drive a car anymore but I can ride a bike or watch something like this don’t really care about the top speed. But the range and the capability is great to get to the next town over where I need to go sometimes I would have to take a 15 mile bike path that is crushed cinder Trail. Definitely glad to see it’s holding up in the long term because this will be a huge investment
Check out the video I did on the review emove cruiser, too. Another solid choice scooter with tons of range but its about half the cost of this one.
Great video. Was hoping you covered the hill climbing it can or can not do.
its was the best review yet; however one note that everyone seems to miss on: talking about the speed throttle showing that one would maybe put it on a stance and show that; atleast that was for me what was missing from the video the first time however found more of it in other videos. other than that great 👍
$3999 in Australia. Great vid, would love more Kilometer and kilo conversions in these scooter vids, most scooter vids are the same with this issue. Not a huge deal just a little annoying. Keep up the vids.
I can do that. Good idea. Convert to kph and kg
Dope review!
hi ginge im going through your video,s trying to find the video were you showed all your gadgets like the air pump which i have bought because of your video,s but what im looking for is the one with the allarm disc lock as i ordered one last night and i wanted to check it out again thanx
I'm the guy who borrows scooters for a weekend 😂 Good video, keep it up.
Hey, your videos all serve a purpose, too. That just wasn't the type of video I wanted this particular one to be. Less of an overview and more of a tour. Nothing personal, cheers.

We won't hold it against you bro. Let's ride.

I have the d4 plus 2.0 and I absolutely love it. Don't know what my next scooter will be it's a tough choice between wolf-warrior 11 plus, dualtron Ultra 2, Thunder 2 oh, and I do like the new blue Tran lightning
Keep the wolf. Get an ebike like the Luna 2x with ludicrous torque crank. Stupid speed and MUCH safer.
Hey buddy? I am curious, Can I buy an extra battery for an escooter?
The "alibaba knockoffs" are the exact same scooter. They are all made in the same factory. Buying locally can provide betters support (and faster response times) but many people have experienced good support from sellers on alibaba (others have not)
No they aren't. You can buy genuine Kaabo scooters on Alibaba, but they are not all made the same or under the genuine name.
Have you seen or tried the Obarter x5? It has 13 inch tyres dual 2800w motors for a whopping 5600w of power
Love the wolf , best scooter review period! Would like to see you do one on the kaabo mantis also
Thanks! Glad you liked it. You're one of those people that can appreciate how hard a good UA-cam video is to actually make,
This is the scooter I totally want
First of all I really love your content and keep up the good work. Now I just need to ask your opinion on the FLJ K6 pro 6000w and 80ah battery. I don't see any content on this particular scooter.
Honestly the scooter you mentioned looks like a frankenscooter. I honestly don't believe how an 80ah battery could fit in that deck. I'm extremely skeptical it even has 80ah, unless its wired to 48v or something. The wolf warrior deck isn't much bigger and is totally packed with just 35ah.
Hey man! Great video. I'm torn between wolf warrior and zero x11. Not sur which to get. Halp! . I'm pretty heavy guy at 130kg. Which would be better for me ? Which one is more solid overal plus Folding mechanism etc etc.
If you're going to need to be folding it every day, I'd recommend the Zero 11x with 2 "rugged clamps".
I am curious, why did you put the scooter over the railing and not through it at 6:16 cause if you did that you would not of put your back out
Through where? I guess I could've folded it and rolled it underneath, but it was too low to slide the scooter under sideways without damaging it.
Hi to all the wolf warrior riders out there.
I'm new to electric scooters and I purchased a wolf warrior after watching videos like this. I've had a bust up with UK distributor though as some motor bolts came loose after only 80miles and one bolt wouldn't actually tighten, thread was damaged. Has anyone else suffered with this problem?
Wow. This is terrible. I'm buying one one this coming week. I'm in UK too and am curious about this now
Dang.. that really sounds terrible. Luckily, Kaabo actually offers a limited warranty on their scooters of 1 year that would cover this damage. You could bypass your distributor entirely if they are not efficient at filing the warranty claim on your behalf. The only problem is that it takes much longer for you to do it yourself as distributors have priority for parts and usually get bulk shipments shipped with air mail.
@@GingerOnWheels
I contacted kaabo directly and with the language barrier after a few emails they directed email back to kaabo UK which then made the situation worse. I love the scooter but I'm worried they have taken the approach that because I had the nerve to check bolts on scooter it's my fault that one of them is faulty.
Cheers for your reply
Hi my friend you really know these scooters inside out any advice i got a kaabo wolf 11 the deck lights have stopped working
i have had it not more than 6 months many thanks
My bet would be a faulty switch or lose connection coming from the controller to the lights. Pop the deck open and give 'er a look see.
Good information video, what phone app are you using for speed display

@@GingerOnWheels Thank you
The best off road electric scooter on the world !
What are your thoughts on the trigger throttle? I’m surprised you didn’t discuss - many seem to comment that the awkward hand position to use the minimotor controller is uncomfortable. Makes me think why this design hasn’t changed to thumb throttle or at least have adjustability with a design that doesn’t interfere with the brake handle. Just curious on your thoughts - great video btw - thank you.
I get it, I ride motorcycles too and the thumb trigger takes a small amount of getting used to. I didn't mention it because the finger trigger is standard on most scooters. I've only met a couple people who were bothered by their trigger throttle and they both had the trigger mounted like it is in the pictures, sticking way up like 30° from horizonal. It causes major wrist pain that way. If you loosen the throttle and brakes and make the triggers point down then it'd comfortable to ride, I don't even notice after a while. you're in luck though! This year minimotors is releasing the thumb throttle , $100 upgrade or so. Looks easy to install, too.
If you're on the fence about your Wolf. $200 off with the code GINGERONWHEELS200 at Fluid Freeride.
Could you tell us the length and width of the deck? I want to put the gf on it with me
Hey fellow wolf owner here, love your content. I am having a problem with mine after only 100 miles, I wish there was more content online to diagnose. Anyway my power suddenly cut off, stillbhad 71% battery. It won't go over 2-3mph and the motors jerk and bog down. Ever hear of this?
No i've never heard of that... Does it happen even after letting the scooter cool down? Seems very sketchy.
awesome review thank you!
No problem , glad I could be of service 🤖
Thanks for your awesome videos! Hey does the stock lights eat up battery for you? I ended up using external battery bank lights then I use the stock lights when really needed.
Wait lol why is pepper spray one of the products in your description?
Also thanks. I read in one of your replies that the phone mount won’t budge. May need to cop that.
Ginger, great video as always man. This is everything I'd want to know before buying this. We need more of this type of review.
That's exactly why I made it! Reviews like this are hard to find for any gadget. Honest, no frills, not hyping it up, just keeping it real. Got one coming for the HiBoy Max scooter coming soon! Thanks for watching. I appreciate you.
You mentioned knock-offs. but i haven't seen one. it seems the one on alibaba are the exact same thing but without a store between?
Here is a good example. Look closely at the pictures. It's a first generation production model. Only 1 rear axle bolt, red highlight on the footrest, no horn, only 1 headlight, different tire tread, plus controllers that are known to have issues with overheating. Then when you get it, you wait a month for parts if anything is broken, IF you can get a hold of someone to ask for new parts. In the last picture, see how there is an accent mark above the b in Kaabó ? Not the same text font either. Knockoff.

@@GingerOnWheels I thought those where concept pictures
Great video. I mounted the street tires and it's very smooth, extreme torque and gives me confidence at high speeds....except today, I got the speed wobble on flat paved street around 45mph. Last night courtesy of COVID-19 I was doing 53 MPH and it was smooth as silk. My thought is weight distribution but I didn't change my positioning that I am aware of. Any thoughts or suggestions? Great call the threat tape.
Speed wobbles have only ever happened to me under 2 circumstances. If the head bolt is loose (the head bolt runs top to bottom through the big red metal piece that's attached to the latch), OR if I was leaning too far forward (usually in preparation for a corner). When I'm going over 35mph I always brace my rear foot on the metal frame above the fender and lean as far back as I can without my quad muscle burning. I wish I had a better example, but you can see me doing it in the velodrome video I just posted, right when I go by the camera on the track you can pause and see how I have myself braced against the scooter in a crouch with my rear foot putting as much weight as I can toward the rear of the scooter. With most of the weight over the rear wheel its really hard to get speed wobbles, and if you do, it'll give you a better chance of correcting them. Good luck!
Hi there, I have a question if you don't mind, I have the KWW11+ as well, Do you find that when you switch it to single motor mode, that the power the the rear motor is reduced ? It does with mine. You also notice that even in dual motor mode, the front tire is always breaking traction but the rear seems les powerful? TIA
Its a bit deceitful, but all scooters seem this way. Its because when we accelerate the inertia pushes most of the weight over the rear wheel. More weight over the wheel makes it harder to break traction. Also means the rear motor is pushing most of the weight instead of pulling. Pushing has better traction which is why lots of sports cars were RWD and our front scooter tires always seem so ready to go.
Where did u buy the front fork cover I've searched shop's ect with no luck and I'm in there middle of making my 🐺 extra durable and safe + pimp
Is it possible to take out the battery from the wolf when you want to charge it and how save would it be?
Excellent review! How’s the rear suspension? Does it bottom out sometimes?
Yes it does. Rear suspension doesn't have that much travel but it's very rigid. It'll bottom out if you jump a curb high enough or go off-road on some big roots.
Hello i have bought a new wolf warrior king according to me the front forks are too stiff compared to the rear suspension....i weight 100 kg
Do you know if there are stiffer springs than the oem?
Anyway i have other scooters like the FLJ 5600 and yes the king is more powerful but the suspensions are not so good...the flj in the off road is much better as suspensions than the kaabo especially at the rear where the kaabo has no hydraulic system...just springs.....
That's the scooter I wanted but knew to it so picked up a starter scooter instead which was a little cheaper.. a model like the 10x. What I noticed is in single mode the battery will go down and when put in dual mode it shows full charge .now I was wondering if in dual mode is it still taking power from the low battery. Just not good to run battery past 20 to 30 % so if this is the case than it would be impossible to get the distance advertise with out shorting the battery life. They seem to be all the same in this aspect. Great video thanks.
You're right. All manufacturers exaggerate the range. I just recently did a range test on the wolf in low output settings and was able to get 50 miles of range with my 200lb body. I get 43 miles at the same speed in dual motor mode on the same route. And 30 miles range in dual mode at high speed (25 if offroad). The issue you have with your 10x battery display doesn't seem like anything I've heard of though, might wanna email your retailer about that one.
@@GingerOnWheels the scooter I got is the turbo lightning and it was my lack of use that was the problem. I ran it for a greater distance and seems to work as it should.it didn't come with rapid charger as advertise, but they did send it a couple weeks later.i got to44mph not sure how accurate the speedometer is ,but seems fast enough for me.i really only use dual motors for hills.its a great scooter for commute but want to get the wolf for off road which I do more of.from what I see that's the one of the best scooters for off road.im at 240 and moves out .thanks for the reply
What are your thoughts on the Apollo Pro Ludicrous, Turbowheel Phaeton, zero-11x, and possibly the Amazon Outstorm 35AH, compared to the Wolf Warrior 11+? Mainly in regards to extreme offroading. I'm not concerned with on-road ride quality, top speed, or range so much as I am concerned with low-end Torque and ruggedness. I go offroading in my Jeep just about every weekend and I want a portable eScooter to quickly scout Jeep trails ahead. I weigh 235'ish and want the BEST scooter for 45° hills and rugged enough to survive wet rocky trails. I find eScooters to be ideal because they are smaller and lighter than dirt bikes, which is critical for hauling in my little Jeep.
The wolf has them all beat in ruggedness but it's a 60v system so it'll be less torque on the low end compared to the others. If you can wait 6 months then the Wolf King will be the best I would imagine. It's a 72volt wolf.
someone I know has this scooter, his only problem was about leaking fluid from the breaks
I own a xiaomi m365 pro but i life with real Wolfs, Husky's and Samoyed's since 30 Years.
Is it ok if i cal myself a Wolf Warrior too? ';.;'
:)
Sure thing!
How about the husky hun or samoyed smasher? The wolf warrior is what I ride.
I agree the Kaboo would be the tank, But just as fast, I really do want one, I only get 35mph from the scooter i got now, I understand when you said about wanting more coz i do now, Plus i have had my mind set on the kaboo for about 2 months now, Wondering if Kaboo bringing out a wolf 3 or same model with more power an speed, 72v would be amazing but 100 or 110v, lol, Be hard too hold on, But 100% crazy fun that is for sure...............
Top vid tho.......................
At some point there are safety hazards companies won't risk, 60v seems to be the best and most reliable, not burning the components and killing the battery, 72v is next and I've seen the 100v scooter DTENT or something, they stopped production on it.
Rion seems to be the only available option but it does nothing more than going fast.
@@hcildwold1751 I agree, 100v scooter would be crazy, lol, Unless tho you is proper experienced, It not just the speed you got take into account, It is the size of the wheels, Yank that throttle back in a sharp corner bad thing's could easily happen, I have had a few fall's, But now I am bad ass, Leans on it like a motorbike now, But 48v is not enough no more, lol, Those Rion motor's are meant too be the best ain't they???
Surely with motors that powerful they can make them like the kaboo wolf, Imagine an off road Rion, Just the thought put's shivers down the spine, lol, So is it the liability size of thing's is it??? Don't want the law suit's from broken bones, Rion motors on a kaboo wolf warrior 2, I was told as well they limited coz your body would not hold on past 120mph, Standing up holding on at 120mph would't happen you would fly off, Don't know how true it is but the idea of busting those speed's on a scooter would be suicidal, But yeah i was told the Rion motors are limited, Plus they starting scooter races ain't they?? So i heard, I hope so that would be amazing, A brand new racing sport, I would love kaboo too make an off road with Rion motor's that is for sure..........
Hey Ginger excuse me if you addressed this in the video I’m not sure but do you have the same shut off problem that the DTs have at high power/lower voltage? Thanks man
Yup. They do. Speed along in single motor mode with turbo on for too long and it'll shut off the rear motor for a couple of minutes. You can switch into dual mode and work just the front while the back is dead, but I don't recommend it ya know?
Ginger On Wheels Thanks man! Also, how did you do the sound for this video it is really good.
@@yogadude1234 many, many, different takes with a few different USB microphones and then pick the best sounding take of each. Compressed and leveled using Audacity. I didn't publish a video for 3 weeks because I was working on this video. Its fair to say that I grossly underestimated the amount of work it would be, but I'm glad I did it now. It was a learning experience all around.
I'm thinking about it but can they be worked on and rebuilt? I see that Fluid free ride sells a motor for it (or the other wolfs, probably almost same difference) so, I'm thinking it's not going to be discontinued, soon?
Thanks
I didn't even know they sold the wolf warrior 11 + still. They're about 4 or 5 years old now, I'm surprised they're not discontinued completely. They're probably about as cheap as they're going to get though if you can find one for sale.
Cool video what's top speed with the off-road tires? what's top speed with the street tires? I'd like to know the difference in speed
56 with street vs 53-54 with offroad
How does it do up hill on mountain paths off road.?
If you had to choose, street tires or knobby off road tires for your tire set going forward on this scooter, which one would you get? Say 50% road, 50% off road use.
Get hybrid tires

Thanks for the review Ginger on Wheels - thinking about one of these pretty seriously for mostly road but the occasional off-road fun. Any recommendations on tires?
Check out the video I made specifically comparing road and off-road tires on this scooter.
@@GingerOnWheels Thank you! That was a great video and I appreciate the advice. I noted that you have some containers on your wolf...care to point us in the right direction for accessories? I ordered mine from Fluid with your discount code and am hoping to get it this month!
Thanks for the review. Which tires do you recommend? I've noticed you had both in different frames. How do offroad tires feel on road at 45mph?
Check out the video I did on off-road vs road tires 😊
So you say, ill be able to drive more than 100km per charge at 100kg weight if i use it in single mode and eco? That would be great for battery life as i would need to charge it only every forth day. Btw, do those shock guards come with scooter or you need to buy them from third party shops?
I bought them on Amazon. Just random size, cut and zip tied on there.
Hi mate, My Wolfwarrior 11 is facing a weird problem. the EY3 throttle's acceleration is working by itself. I have already changed 3 new throttles but the problem is there! the only way I can stop the scooter while riding is to push the brakes and if I let go of the brakes it accelerates again, Any idea what's wrong? Thanks
Miggt sound silly, but is the cruise control function on in the p settings of the displays? If not, you need a new controller.
Hi, I just purchased the Wolf Warrior and waiting for delivery. Do you know of any good turn signal lights one can attach to the back? Also what is the diameter of the top bar as I want to order the correct handlebar mirror. Enjoying all of your helpful videos!!
the top bar is three quarters of an inch in diameter and I'm not sure of any turn signals that you can use. I always just use my hands to do hand signals if I feel like I need to. Not very safe though. Congrats on the new wolf purchase. You'll love it.
Do you still have it and have you had any problems? I'm about to buy one and want to know how it held up
Just got king pro plus 5200$ with helmet in Canada
Hey @Ginger On Wheels, can this ride up 50 degree hills easily? (Road)
No. 50 degrees would be a struggle for any scooter.
Do you prefer this or dualtron ultra 2 and why ?
Just a question, where are P setting set as? I'd like to slow down my startup what do you suggest?
Can you turn the blue lights off whilst having the main lights on? Kinda feel like the blue lights will have the popo frothing at the mouth
Yes you can.
Great job on your Kaabo videos Ginger...what P-Settings are you running with (specifically P7-PA and PD)? The manual is kinda light in this area...especially on relationship between different P-Settings and buttons such as Gear and ECO. I've found it most ridable to use 2-wheel when needing to get up very steep hills I'm near and 1-wheel when on flat ground. I'm 6'1 and probably 230lbs (sigh). My scooter was shipped with wide open settings and it was near "piss your pants" when pulling on throttle...even lightly. My P7 is 2 and P9 is 3. Still a bit jerky on takeoff when in 2 wheel mode but anything less and I couldn't climb my hills. Also, is there a means of controlling downhill speed when not using throttle? Regenerative coasting seems like a way to do this but not sure scooter supports it. Thanks again!
I'd love to see a video on your configuration and approach to P-Settings.
I keep my P settings maxed out at all times. P0 is 11, p2 is 15, p3 is 0, p4 is 1, p5 is 0, p6 is 1, p7 is 0, p8 is 100, p9 is 3, pa is 1, pb is 3, PC is 005, pd is 0.
When I first got the scooter I was pretty picky about the torque settings but I found that it also affects the top speed so I decided to just leave everything maxed.
Good review! How does it compare to the WEPED SS.....just as fast or a tad slower?
Weped SS is going to be faster , its rocking a huge 72v 45H battery , where the wolf is 60v 35ah. Still huge by any measure but the Weped SS would have higher output for sure, if you can find one for sale.
Very good video, what is city ?
Hey ginger I just ordered one on PREORDER thanks I do have one question for you can you shut the abs break system off completely??
Yes.
Hi, I have noticed you have riden the wolf warrior on both on road and off road tires, with the on roads did you notice an increase in top end speed on the scooter?
I made this video all about the differences. Cheers! ua-cam.com/video/mjiLspf7eiU/v-deo.html
Great video and very informative! I have a question, I would really like to buy thos scooter but I feel like I would get tired standing on a long journey, any chance you know where I could get a seat for this beast ?
I don't think they make one specific to the wolf, but I've seen people with lots of different types of custom made mounts. Usually welded to the rear frame bars.
@@GingerOnWheels thank you for the reply, it's great to see such dedication that you reply to every comment!
Hi can u tell me what size the deck screws are? Thanks. I love your cat haha
I've ordered the Kugoo m4 it was £500 around $700 US dollars for my first E-scooter. The wolf price is ridiculous lol my one should be coming today.
Hope you like your Kugoo! Cheers!
Great video - Im getting one. Can I ask - I note you dont seem to have the off-road tyres - are the tyres you have fine in slippy/damp off-road conditions?
Thanks for stopping by! You won't be sorry with your new purchase. My first scooter I've mentioned in the video came with offroad tires, I got some nice offroad runs in on those. My new Wolf came with road tires, I took the wolf on the same trails and it actually did BETTER in my opinion. They do great in all conditions EXCEPT uphill in mud, or on wet leaves or grass. You can check out some of my offroad videos I have on here with the wolf, those were all done with road tires. I really don't think the off-roads are neccesary. They are louder (it does sound sorta cool ,but gets old fast), harder to corner with, and feel 'floaty' at high speeds. Unless you plan on ripping up steep hills offroad or need some real traction on wet offroad conditions then you'll be just fine with the road tires. P.S. there is an affiliate link in the description to this video, if you click on it to buy your wolf you'd be A. The first one, and B. Really helping out the channel.
Thanks again for stopping by and thanks for the support. Good luck with your Wolf!
@@GingerOnWheels Thanks brother. Im in the UK so the link wont work for me :( otherwise I would!
No worries! Good luck with your Wolf!
These are going for 2400 now online. Wonder if its worth it. Or just get the New nicer looking Xsett.
Super worth it! I paid $3k+ for mine!
Appreciate the review! I've been riding electric long boards for about 4000+ miles now, and while they're fun, their range is unimpressive, and IMPOSSIBLE to ride in winter. I'll definitely check out the warrior! Also, are you in Seattle? Looks like I saw the I-90 bridge at one point? Just moved to Denver from there; you can ride here dry like, 300 days a year!!! :)
I'm near Seattle, ya. Highly recommend the Wolf! Link in description 😉
Great video! One question for you, do you ever have any problems on the road with the law enforcement?
Good question. I live in Seattle, WA, been stopped once but it was by a policeman that was walking on a sidewalk and he just wanted to know about my scooter. I think he genuinely wanted to buy one lol.
Yeah, I think about that too. I generally like to ride in the wee early hours of the morning when the roads are nice and quiet, but I'm always mindful of the police and inspect an area first before I decide to do high speed runs.
I just got myself a toursor E8. Wonder how it holds up to this. I've driven it once.
I also wonder that...
i was wondering if this is the best all year around scooter commuter for rain and snow?
In my opinion, yes.
Is it sine wave controller?
Hey ginger, what do you think about a cross country race🏁 on scooters n E vihecles? Prize at the end🎁🥇 inform of cash. NY to FL
That seems like it would be silly, given that we already know I'll win. 👹 Game on.
@@GingerOnWheels how can we make this dream a reality? You've got the platform, just say the word.
Great review and just subbed! I'm interested in the wolf but wondering how's it holding up? Thanks!
Aside from needing new brake pads, and an issue with the suspension, after 1500 miles it still works fine. If the issue with my suspension is serious then fluid Freeride has promised that they will replace it under warranty. If you buy it I highly recommend you buy it from them, they've helped me 3 or 4 times now, a couple times for free, also you can help my channel out if you use the link in the description to get it from them. I'm always here if you have questions, too. I breathe scooters. 🤤
@@GingerOnWheels Not bad so far...what happens when the repairs needed are after warranty? Would be expensive to ship this to Fluid from Wisconsin for service, or when the battery cycles are depleted years from now is it easy to replace? or do I need to send in for battery replacement, If it's even worth it at that time? Sorry, just thinking ahead for such an investment. But still very fun to own one I'm sure!! Thanks
You'll need a buy a set of tools and learn how to wrench on it a little bit. Shipping this thing is $300 each way... Some moped shops will help with electric Scooters, but call ahead first because they are rare.Battery replacement is relatively easy, but expensive.
@@GingerOnWheels Yeah, I'll learn more. Does the warranty cover items like brake fluid, pads, flat tires, if they send to me I can fix? Or is that standard maintenance that I'm responsible for during warranty even?
Just ordered a wolf after watching lots of videos and especially yours that have been helpful. Never had an electric scooter, I believe this does around 35mph single motor turbo, can you ride for 10/15 miles at top speed without any damage to scooter?
I noticed you said it cuts out of ridden hard in single motor but I found in research this is generally because of the electronic brake setting I believe, have you found that to be the problem?
No you can't ride the scooter that fast in single motor mode for very long. At least I can't, I weigh 200lbs. Maybe a few miles on flat or 1 if uphill. The rear controller overheats and shuts off to prevent damage. There is no disadvantage to using dual mode at those speeds. You could ride 10/15 miles at top speed but only in dual mode, and it would suck out most of your battery charge.
@@GingerOnWheels thankyou for replying and answering my question as I'm planning on commuting to work which is around 14 miles and just wondered the safest option of running scooter. Hopefully it would happily sit around 20mph for that distance.
About that electronic brake causing motor to cut out it's in this video from Michael from kaabo at around 3.28 into video. ua-cam.com/video/8ozl876T93E/v-deo.html
Awesome review! So I'm looking to upgrade to a higher quality scooter and this is high on my radar. The scooter I currently have is basically a dualped, just one I purchased from Alibaba instead of that dude from Canada. The issue I have is when riding offroad, the front suspension makes all kinds of noise because it has no rebound dampening, also there is tons of play in the handle bars because of the folding mechanism. I like to ride offroad a lot and just want your thought on the suspension while hitting obstacles on the trails. Is it solid, quiet, do the handle bars have much if any play, etc?
Thanks in advance and keep up the great videos!
Hola! Welcome to the channel, thanks for the comment. So, Weped (and dualtron) actually uses proprietary tech for their scooters (fancy I know), you likely just bought a look-a- like off Alibaba. My old Nanrobot had a very similar problem with the front suspension. It would clank all the way down the trail. The wolf is like riding on a butter boat compared to that thing, and there is no play in the handlebars. I think my "world record off-road" video has some good example shots. If you DO get a wolf I'd highly recommend Fluid Freeride! When my first wolf suspension came with a leak they straight up swapped it no questions asked and paid all the shipping. (Referral link in the description of this video would help me out if you do decide to buy it, too) .
@@GingerOnWheels Thank you very much! I will definitely help you out if I do decide to buy!
Do you switch out on-road and off-road tires depending on your terrain? How difficult is the swap out?
I've only swpped tires once. Its a pain
