John Meadows, the man with less haters than Keanu Reeves... i exchanged some emails with him... and i always dreamed to meet him in person one day, something i would have done for sure... John Meadows will be missed for ever ❤
John will always be missed. He has left a ton of knowledge and I personally will always revisit it. The passion he had about bodybuilding was unique, the way he explained things were unique. Anything I pick from the videos has always worked for me. Thank you John, you will always have a mark on my life and will always be remembered. Thank you for everything.
The Old School equipment was fresh, clean, and up to date big time, big time...and then step into '98-2021 and you have just junk equipment that doesn't make sense after seeing the Light.

Late, unfortunately, to the meadows Fandom. Just bought the Gama Bomb program and reading through it. Question.... in it he calls out "standing calf raises" and to do "tibia raises" between sets. Later in the program he calls out to do "seated calf raises." My hangup is that from the beginning of the program he calls out to do "seated toe raises." What the heck are those? Does he mean seated calf raises... tibialis (or tibia) raises? What are "seated toe raises?"
what's up man, I worked under John for 12 years......so he would call seated toe raises, seated calf raises. you are on your toes, raising your heels. he used these interchangeable
