  • Off to Nevada and Arizona for a little R&R plus a wee side trip looking for Kenny Veach's lost M-Cave. This is my first day in-desert after a very long drive across the U.S. I spent 40+ hours behind the wheel with three overnight sleeps in the back of the Chigg Rig. But I made it and this is the second video of my little desert camping, hiking, exploring and camping adventure. Stick around for an alien autopsy site discovery and some weird government experimental area.
    About Aquachigger:
I enjoy metal detecting for historical items like gold coins, relics, silver coins, and other buried treasures. I also metal detect for gold and silver nuggets and even meteorites. I like to make videos that promote my choice of lifestyle that includes outdoor adventure, metal detecting, yapping, searching for river treasure, SCUBA diving, exploring abandoned places, hiking, caving, caring for animals and pets, and observing the things outdoors that often go unnoticed by most people who are not familiar with outdoor adventures and nature. I keep my UA-cam "Aquachigger" channel family-friendly and hope you subscribe if you like my style.
BTW, you can also catch me here, / chiggsarmy ,but I may get a little edgier there. FB isn't a place for kids anyway...lol.

That Prince Albert tobacco can at 8:32 was closed tightly, so I would have opened it. They were commonly used to hold a paper message such as a claim spot or change of direction (or plans) to investigate a particular area. Thanks for taking us on that nice walk in the desert.

Tell that to the surviving members of the green beret unit that fought and killed a giant around 2002-2003 in Afghanistan.. One member of the unit was killed immediately from a massive spear chucked at him from this particular giant from an entrance to a large cave..6 fingers on each hand,6 toes on each foot..there are more..maybe people think everything in the bible is bullshit..but giants (offspring of fallen angels and human woman did exist at one time)..and if they lived, they'd be living in these caves..some in stasis..if you believe in the good book we will see them again towards the end of days..they are not kind spirits..if we didn't have dinosaur bones, people would think them were mythical creatures too..they would be in the same category of gargoyles, mermaids shit that probably existed at one time..if you research Africa ,mermaids..and mermen have been spotted..I'm tired of humanity thinking they have it all figured out and we are the most advanced of any civilization.. we aren't we dont know jack ..we have lost alot of ancient knowledge and senses..things we aren't in tune with that our ancestors were..under 20 percent of the ocean and bodies of water through the world has been explored..new species or animals are discovered all the time..science is WRONG all the time..I guess our ancestors on every seperate continent have lied and made up tall tales about sasquach and yettis kindknapping people in villages..its amazing how all thier lies matched up..news flash, for a long time we were part of another creatures food chain..people need to wake up..the government is not our god..there is lots that we don't know or understand.. Information that is kept from us..ancient energy sources..thier connection to the cosmos..maybe 5,000 years from now a moose will be considered a mythical creature of folklore along with the hippopotamus.. Rhythms, patterns, cycles,seasons..humanity will remain haughty as the know it all we know we've all crossed paths with

If some thug decided to disable the obvious cameras, the guy I worked for would be ready for him when he got too close to survive. Trust those gut feelings brother. Smiling, George.

I’ve been waiting for these videos awesome your in my neck of the desert now, can’t wait to see the rest of this adventure, thanks for taking us along,be safe! Also I went and checked out this story and watched the video of Kenny and hiking in the desert as he did, I watched very careful the route he took, and more than likely he filmed it but didn’t let on it was it, especially since he said he missed it couldn’t find it. I don’t believe that, he knew where he was at and told what was up ahead and where to go. So I don’t believe he missed it, in that one canyon he was in and where he said it gets tight,he showed a lot of caves, and the one cave he zoomed in on there is something in there, and then he hurried and zoomed out and said he is not going in there, I think he new there was things in there and he zoomed in to check if it was still there, and then he said he popped out and couldn’t find it, so I think that would be the area to look . I don’t know just my guess, I hope you went that far and filmed it can’t wait.

There are indeed Uranium mines in the area. You can see video of one being explored if you search for "green monster mine". It's best to stay out though because there can be a high concentration of Radon gas which can leave radioactive particles in your lungs, especially if they have not had ventilation air flowing. Radon is a heavier than air gas and will linger in low spots with poor ventilation. There are also Thorium mines in the Kingman, AZ area. Geiger counters are a hobby of mine and you can buy a good entry level counter for about $50 delivered if you search on ebay for "Radex 1503". No connection to seller, it's just a very good deal.

At 8:41 the tobacco cans were often used to hold a piece of paper marking the name of the mine or claim. Normally if was called a "Prince Albert Can". Sometimes they were tied to a stake or hidden in a rock cairn. Good form would have been to leave it on the pile of rocks, but I'd bet the paper inside was gone already.

That structure you see is called Joe May Guzzler. Its on the map. Guzzlers collect and store water for the wildlife.

12:58 That’s an ancient agave roasting pit, thousands of years old. Very common all over the area.

I'd like to say thank you for
    trying to retrace Kenny's steps.
It's a desolate and unforgiving terrain.
You continue to be safe and God Bless.
    Cheers 🍻 from: Reno, Nevada.

Early prospectors would put a claim marker in a tobacco tin under a pile of rocks to mark the spot till they can get to town and do a formal claim. If you're in a remote area you can still find old claim markers still under a pile of rocks.

You picked the right time of the year for this hike. It will not be long until it is 110 in the shade.
