so condescending! So because they don't look and act like you they must be savages? Stop allowing the media to form your opinion of people and cultures you are not exposed to. Most people in the world are the same. They embrace family and friends and just want to be loved. Remove your ego
@@firstnamelastname6193 I don't think assuming people might have different musical tastes automatically implies they think they're savages. Try not to read so much into things people say.
I love how when the guitar solo hits around 3:20, every single person wants to close their eyes and play air guitar, no matter the culture. Same thing for the breakdown around 4:45, and I love that one of Sarru's main take aways was apparently "Mama Mia" and that he saw what a main character Freddie Mercury was right away.
They are on another channel called Common Man Show. Highly recommend. The tall guy is Badshah. He has polio and the community on CMS got him a rugged duty wheelchair so he can go out and experience things with his friends.
You think these two are pure and sweet? You must see Babu from their main channel, Common Man Show. He's experience, wisdom, and childlike wonder and curiosity all packed into a frail old man.
Bohemian Rhapsody came out one month before I was born so I have never known a world without it. I take for granted sometimes there are people who have never heard it. This was georgous watching their reactions.
Music is called "the universal language" for a reason. 😊 It's so beautiful to watch people listen to great music for the first time. Like when you show a friend a song you love, it's like showing them a piece of your own soul. Much love to the producers and these men from a Christian American! ❤
Sarru is also absolutely right when he says Freddie Mercury gives off Main Character energy! And of course, since they were so enthused by the word, you need to show them Abba's Mama Mia next. They would totally dig Abba!
That was great to watch their reactions, the older guy seemed to be air guitaring at times, and the young guy almost head banging. Lifting their arms with joy, brilliant.
I liked their little impromptu singing at the end . It's refreshing to see humble uncomplicated people experiencing a musical composition that is beautiful and unforgettable .
i don’t think freddie would ever imagine that one day in the future his songs would still be popular and that people from his home country would still love him and his songs

The brilliance of Freddy Mercury and the band.....It appealed to heart of these villagers and they understood the music. Did you see how they spontaneously raised their hands and the young guy looked up at the sky as if he understood the lyrics (which I am sure he didn't) when the music went up and soared....beautiful. Bless you Freddy.
I was thinking they should follow up Queen singing this by showing them the video from Green Day's official UA-cam of 80,000 Green Day fans at Hyde Park in 2017 singing every word.
Fun fact about the the lead guitar player, Sir Brian May. He has a PhD in astrophysics and worked on the project that sent the space probe to Pluto to get those pictures of it and the other planetoid. Those are probably the only close photos of Pluto any of us alive will ever see. That is amazing to me. Rest in Peace Freddie Mercury.
Just 'wow'....every time. I can never get enough of seeing people hear this song for the first time anyway, but there is something special in sharing these men's reactions and hearing their opinions. All of the men who regularly feature in these videos are so interested in everything they see and hear and are so open to learning new things; this channel is definitely a force for good 🤝
THANK YOU for this reaction! You should ALSO see “Bohemian Rhapsody” performed LIVE, because there is truly NOTHING that compares to seeing Freddie Mercury perform live and interact with a live audience. One of the BEST live renditions of “Bohemian Rhapsody” is the video from: MONTREAL IN 1981
@@Celtwoman1949 Oh no (unfortunately)... I just added Bulsara in my name because it's a good way to find out who out there is a big enough fan of Freddie to know his real birthname!
Another FANTASTIC song to consider reaction to, is: “SOMEBODY TO LOVE” by Queen. (Also written by Freddie Mercury… he actually thought it was a better song than “Bohemian Rhapsody” and it was his FAVORITE song to perform live.) There are a couple of FANTASTIC live renditions… My FAVORITE is: At MILTON KEYNES BOWL IN 1982 (Another well-known version is at Montreal in 1981… They’re both WONDERFUL in very different ways, very different renditions.)
I'd almost think, that it would be worth making them react to that Greenday audience singing along with Bohemian rhapsody while they were waiting for their show to start. That video of thousands of people singing along to a song of an artist they're not even there to see, always fills me with awe.
It just goes to show that true quality can be recognised in different parts of the world for what it is. Freddie Mercury was a musical genius and the name of the band suits them perfectly because they are just so majestic.
I've watched several of these clips now, I just adore the way these people react to something that the western world takes for granted, I love Queens music, and ABBAs (which was one I watched yesterday) it helps me re-appreciate our music, especially as the reactions are so beautiful 💕
It's funny that when the opera section kicks in in every single reaction video I've watched, everyone starts smiling. Little kids, Germans, Mexicans, Spaniards, elderly, it doesn't matter. One thing I am surprised about in this particular reaction was that they didn't respond to the several times "Bismillah" was said. I was anticipating a reaction and they didn't. Having said that, in the beginning, it was cool that the guy on our right looked to the sky when Freddie said "Look up to the sky and see." Unless of course, he speaks English AND heard the song before, which I don't think is the case.
John Farnham's "You're the Voice" with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra is something they would love. I'd like to see them reacting to an Australian, and a very talented one.
When they put out that music video last year I recommended it and said why I thought they'd love it. I would highly recommend translating the lyrics and letting them read them first to get the full impact. Great suggestion I definitely think they'd love it. Music definitely has power and it has a very important message about how to treat people. Also about what an impact people can have when enough people speak up for others. It's definitely part of the reason why modern Australians stand up for other people and why so many people want to visit our country. Long before it became a criminal offence people who say or do something hurtful to someone else have been getting into trouble over here. If we see or hear it they will receive dirty looks and a severe talking to. This song is definitely the reason. I'm so glad more and more people are discovering this song. John Farnham is an incredible singer and that performance is amazing.
I'm curious, do you ever translate the lyrics for these folks. I see them reacting in a lovely way with the music and even the singing. I wonder what the reaction to lyrics would be like
I'm from Russia, and my grandpa was a huge audiophile so he obviously heard Bohemian Rhapsody lots of times. I once decided to show him the lyrics, and he said that he respects the band even more
There is far more to this band than meets the eye. For example, the guitarist is actually a full on astrophysicist when he isn't playing guitar. Like a real scientist. This is one of the best bands ever. I don't like all their songs, but they are amazing, and this is one of their best.
This was one the best songs of all time, the musical arrangements were second to none, I think it was at number 1 in the charts in the 70s and myself and a lot of bikers used to form to ling rows at the dance floor, girls one side guys on the other, we would then do a simple dance called the Grebo! To the proper rock part, this was at our local guildhall disco! Such good times.

As an old-school musician, it's wonderful to see proof that some of the classic rock I grew up with stands the test of time. My friends and I grew up playing electric guitars, drums, etc. Nowadays, kids hear my music and look like they've been hit by lightening when they find out I'm actually playing , singing, wrote all of the songs and it's all real and done in a day. No Autotune, no plug-ins. Same with art. I can't understand experiencing the same joy if you didn't spend hours playing an instrument to learn it, or getting your hands dirty making art. I praise kids carrying instruments to and from school.♥️ Thank you for showing these men listening to genius from almost 50 years ago. Losing Mercury was devastating.

Freddy Mercury's voice is so amazing. The beginning of Bohemian Rhapsody is all his voice doing the different harmonies.
The guitarist (Brian May) and drummer (Roger Taylor) are singing the vocals too, the drummer has the super high pitched voice
