I really have a question why should the nation that led the uprising against slavery pay reparations?????
If you feel you deserve something because your ancestors suffered go to hell
I mean if that's the case then I deserve reparations because I'm 33% Cherokee so everyone in this country should pay me reparations

If we do them how they did our ancestors, we wouldn’t be demanding reparations, bcuz they’d give them up!

No this has nothing to do critical race theory. This was an actual agreement between Black soldiers that fought fought in civil war... The generals wanted to keep black soldiers and enlist more.. they knew there was no incentive for black people to stay in the military if they free now... so they asked what can we do to keep and enlist more.. they asked that all black slaves families get 40 acres and a mule... the land promise is worth over 87million that was back in 2015... unfortunately Lincoln was assassinated and Andrew veto and took land back and gave the land to white slave owners... messed up... I dont think every black person should get reprobations.. I think only ones who are descendants of slaves from the south because they actually had a legal agreement.... all the others like black immigrants should not get it...just my opinion...it doesn't matter what color you are an agreement is an agreement.. that was wrong for our country to do that...
