Oh . . .My . . .Goodness!! The drone shots at 14:09 are seriously the BEST I have ever seen. Even some of the "professional" channels I follow don't capture footage that good. Way to go!! Some day, this will go on my bucket list to be conquered by my tiny rig.
Hells Canyon is absolutely breathtaking!! I love you guys!! TJ doing “laundry” was the best!! My husband would be just as industrious as TJ, that was awesome!!!
My son and I have a Brittany and 2 German Wirehaired Pointers and we hunt Hells Canyon for Chukars & Huns... It is truly breath taking... Glad y’all got to enjoy our home state !
Wow! long before you all were born (1958 or so, I was 12 my family was visiting other family in Idaho. One of my older uncles was working on the Hell's Canyon Damn and took my mom , brother and myself up there, He took my mom out on a large platform overlooking the damn construction. I was terrified but I've never forgotten how beautiful it was. I have never been back in that area so watching your video brought back so many memories. Thank you so mu. I also liked you Tulsa Video as I live in Stillwater, Oklahoma. y'all are so cool, again, thanks..
Hey Bri and TJ....well done video with excellent drone work....also loved how you do laundry in remote areas....Very nice area to drive through and that road was a bit narrow....worth it in the end...beautiful spot at that table...anyway, keep those videos coming...Haven't commented lately but have been following your adventures!!!!All the best from Hank and Pam from South Texas
You are just awesome TJ with the laundry. Maybe a small electric one that can fit in your shower. You can get them on Amazon. Love your UA-cam channel. You are truly inspiring me. It is just beautiful there
TJ didn 't let that van stay dusty very long. I had a brother in law that was like that. We would take out off road vehicles to the desert and he would spend his spare time cleaning everything. I would just ride and clean when I got back home. But it's good he keeps a clean machine.
I'm going to look into diesel Van's. We live in homedale Idaho. The break down doesn't discourage us. We just turned 60 and looking at our options. Sorry we missed you. Love your channel.
There are laundry facilities in Halfway which is 22 miles West of Copperfield Park in Oxbow. Also, 2 grocery stores, 2 gas stations, and 2 Restaurants, plus a take and bake Pizza Shop.
Enjoyed the video. I'd suggest looking up Hat Point, Hells Canyon Overlook, Buckhorn Overlook, Granny View Vista, Red Mountain Watchtower, Horse Creek Overlook, and Wallowa Mountain Loop (NF-39) if you are still in the area.
Feel so blessed to be able to travel vicariously with you two. Your drone videos are breathtaking. Many thanks. But the HOOT of this one was definitely TJ’s Laundry Adventure and the “Clampet” comment. Years ago while vacationing on HIlton Head Island we hung our beach towels over the balcony rail of our condo to air dry. They had not been up there long when the OFFICE called to say that was not allowed. Thankful for campgrounds and grass roots common sense! Again, thanks.
I agree with Doug... i always look forward to the video’s, cuz i really think ya’ll are real about everything ,,,,TJ Im getting me one of them small propane bottles for my grill,.... awesome.
Wow..Loyd Christmas and Harry Dunne references?!? Mad respect to TJ for that being his favorite movie. It’s easily in the top 5 and that scene is one of the best. Oh...y’all also went to an awesome canyon..that was cool too 😂🤙. How many people have y’all ran into that are like “hey do you have a UA-cam channel?”
Another great video! I am Boondocking on the Salmon River tonight, about an hour north of McCall, Idaho. I will be heading south of McCall and then over to Stanley. We must be pretty close. I have been trying to stay out of the smoke! I know your videos run a week or two behind, but if you guys are still in the area I would love to meet you guys and the pups. Dan
I was going to say TJ should have rigged up the sewing machine to wash the clothes but his bucket contraption was amazing! And so was the drone footage!
Good job TJ washing clothes! It seemed like a lot of work though We look like the Clampetts all the time. Barbara washes a lot in the kitchen sink and hangs them out on our awning. It looks like you guys worked your way back North. What are your plans for fall and winter?
Iam new subscriber Arabic lady citizen thank you for showing such wonderful landscapes beauty of nature you as guide tourist encourage us to read information about places you visited we as foreigners subscribers as overseas students enjoy to explore places unknown to us and improve our English language level too iam very glad to watch your channel and similar ones would you mind if I add some main information about places you visited to increase our cultural level stay safe blessed good luck to both of you your dearest ones may this global pandemic end soon amen
I was gonna comment that your washing machine looked off balance.. but very cute! I'm impressed with your drive up in the hills!! Hell's canyon needs a beginning sign.. What goes in must come out.. not for the faint of heart!
Your videos always bring a smile to our face. Sadly, we just lost our house and RV in the Holiday Farm fire in Oregon. We will live vicariously through you guys for now.
OMG your videos are the best! The detail information on the areas you visit as well as the videography are a great source of information for those of us thinking of visiting those sites. TJ is such a master of invention, amazing.
Just an observation. In the description, the first paragraph you say you are at the campground in Halfway, ID. Further down under campground the address is Halfway, OR. You might want to correct the first paragraph. Great video! Will have to first one day. Thanks for the tips.
Simply stunning views!!! Looking forward to your Idaho segment. My in-laws visited Lower Stanley, Idaho every year for 16 straight years.....from 1978 on. They would leave Texas about the time the grass started growing (leaving me the key to the yard tool shed! LOL).....and leave Idaho about the time the snow started falling. They camped better than 6 months of the year until my father in-law's health stopped them. Love your channel and you two are awesome!! Safe travels!
Hell's Canyon. Beautiful area and no fires!! Mt. Hood not doing well these day, nor is Southern Oregon where we live. It is good to see you back. Safe travels.
It’s so sad to see the destruction from the fires 😥 We’re very sorry to learn you’re being affected by them, we will be thinking of you. Please keep us in the loop and let us know if there’s anything we can do to help. Be safe.
@@EmbracingDetours Thank you so much for the kind words and offers of help. We have not been personally effected by the fires except for the smoke, which is not good for my lungs. A lot of nearby Southern Oregonians have lost everything. I remember watching our house burn down in Kansas City, KS when I was about 5 years old, and that left us with nothing but the clothes on our backs. It is something you never forget, so I know how these folks feel. The place where we bought our first RV after we retired is completely gone. I'd like to hook up our 5th wheel and do what you two do, but we can't right now. You guys stay safe and please, keep doing the videos. We enjoy them so much.
Love your videos and narration; so well done. Traveled along the Snake River in route to Glacier many years ago. Need to get back there, so beautiful. Looks like McgGuyver only did his own laundry ... hysterical!
Great video and thanks for sharing I have watched some of your other videos and appreciate your positive outlooks by the both of you. Oh and that washing machine section was too funny. Safe travels.
TJ and Brie. I truly have to give a big hoorah to you both, watching your channel now for little over 2 years and y'all have progressed so much in your video editing and development and it is off the hook, especially with TJ's drone flying (not saying he's a drone racer yet, but) the video he gets with the drone is just undeniably some of the best scenic shots we have seen. Maybe one day we can do some videos as good as y'all. Thank you for all the awesome scenery shots and info y'all have included in your videos, until we meet again be safe in your travels and enjoy life every single day. John&Becky
Another great video. Your drone and video production are excellent. The highlight for me was the footage driving through the canyon with River by Emorie playing. New artist for me and I just added her to my Amazon Music. Thanks for a great break to my work week.
Gosh, reminds me of Hat Point, just north of Joseph. My Dad took us as kids. The car overheated with those steep terrible roads in the hot sun. We hated it and were scared stiff.
Peggy, I grew up in Oxbow....how far "back in the day"? You guys really should have taken the jet boat trip. It really does the canyon Justice when you are on the white water looking up. You would have likely seen bears and rocky mountain sheep on the trip. Along with Indian artifacts and teepee rings from where they would winter in the canyon each year. Unbelievable country!
Love the bed hair. :) I actually screenshotted you with your hair fixed and told my hairdresser that I want that same cut. A bucket and a plunger from Dollar Tree make a good washing machine.
Really enjoy that you take the time to “be” in some of the beautiful locations and picnic. Always feels like being part of the natural surroundings. Be safe.
We had to laugh....we've been using a larger dry bag from our "yak-packing" days to do laundry like that. It's a great way to stretch the visits to the laundromat, but TJ is the master at all things mcGuyvery! Glad to see you posted cuz we've been concerned to learn if y'all were OK. Again thanks for always making such a wonderful production. We never realized how much work goes into a video till we started making them. You two are the best!
Great minds 🤓 The dry bag worked really well but we had too much laundry, hence the evolution to the 5 gallon bucket! Thanks for your concern, we just took a little break but we’re back! And you’re not kidding about what a labor of love making videos is but we love capturing the moments for ourselves to look back on later and also to share with all of you guys, we do appreciate you being here. Thanks for the love 😘
Thank you for taking me on your drive up to Sheeprock Lookout, just beautiful. I think I would have had six heart attacks on the way up (one where you could see the edge of the road had been washing away) then twelve on the way down because I would have then been on the "edge of the world" side! Love your videos.
Now you will have to come see us in Lewiston, Idaho and explore the northern end of the Hells Canyon. The Hells Canyon runs south to north through the state where the Snake River meets the Clearwater River in Lewiston which becomes the slack water for the Lower Granite Dam which is the first dam on the eastern end of the Columbia River dam system. The history on our end of the canyon is amazing.
Oh . . .My . . .Goodness!! The drone shots at 14:09 are seriously the BEST I have ever seen. Even some of the "professional" channels I follow don't capture footage that good. Way to go!! Some day, this will go on my bucket list to be conquered by my tiny rig.

Great adventure - looks like neat place to visit. Thanks for sharing. Nice to see you guys on the road again. Stay safe
You to make this way to enjoyable 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Gorgeous videography AGAIN! The views were amazing!
Thank you guys for sharing.

Great video you two are so fun to watch.
Dig your honest vibe, hope all is well😉
Outstanding video thanks for sharing.... Love the clip at the end of the video of the Brittany :-)
You are just awesome TJ with the laundry. Maybe a small electric one that can fit in your shower. You can get them on Amazon. Love your UA-cam channel. You are truly inspiring me. It is just beautiful there
Great video keep up the good work.

Will have to check out Hells Canyon. Love the manual washing machine. Thanks for sharing!
Love your videos. Y'all always brighten my day.
Nice video guys beautiful area.
Thanks, Tim!

Dumb and Dumber is such a great movie! So funny!!!

LOL what a great way to wash clothes. Great idea!!
Wow! 😉 That is some morning hair.
That is actually Oxbow, Oregon that Copperfield Park is in. Halfway is 17 miles away.
One of your best videos, yet! Thanks for bringing back many memories of my travels in Idaho.

Head north and checkout Wallowa Lake area. It's in the north east corner of Oregon easy to get to off Interstate 84 at La Grande...
Enjoyed the washing machine development! The drone footage of your drive up and around was very nice! Thanks!
That. is. epic. morning. hair.
Your hell's canyon adventure was awesome.ive got to go. Thanks guys
Our pleasure, thanks Mike 👍

Good vid guys.
Your videos always bring a smile to our face. Sadly, we just lost our house and RV in the Holiday Farm fire in Oregon. We will live vicariously through you guys for now.
We were headed to Hells Canyon Copperfield yesterday but had to cancel our trip due to the fires in around Cambridge
love the music while doing laundry...
You are visiting in our back yard,,,
Great to see you back. Wow what amazing filming, ingenious washing solutions and crazy morning hair! Love your adventures 😀

Cool video.
Thanks, Jim & Ellen!
Amazing shots on the road to the overlook! I had some butterflies 🦋 just watching! Nice job incredible place
Wishing the Clampets a safe journey.
thumbs up.
Love watching you guys! You are at the top of my list to watch each week. I get excited when I see you have posted something new
You guys do a great job; love watching. Do you work remote or how do you fund your adventures. Thanks
What type of video camera do you use? The quality and clarity is amazing!!
Love your videos and narration; so well done. Traveled along the Snake River in route to Glacier many years ago. Need to get back there, so beautiful. Looks like McgGuyver only did his own laundry ... hysterical!

Beautiful!! I never noticed drone shots on your videos before. Loved them.
nice video !!!
Any chance you can do a trailer walk around, year, size, reliability, recommend or not. We’re really thinking about full timing. Thanks!
Beautiful area, how do you like your hydro flask stay safe. ☮️👍👍
You show so many videos with your van moving along the Snake River. Wondering how you pilot the van and get those videos?..
We thought this was your best video yet! What a fun adventure and how awesome it was to bump into you two yesterday! Happy travels! 💙Norm & Kim

Does the van have a 6.0 leaker or 7.3?
7.3

Beautiful scenery. Loved TJ's washing machine.
Isn’t he something?! Glad you enjoyed, Don 😊

Another awesome video! Love your videos! That’s a great washing machine TJ 👍😁
Omg Bree, I grew up in Halfway. We had a dairy farm back in the day, I still have cousins that live there..beautiful scenery...
Holy cow (see what I did there - dairy farm 😆🐄), what a coinkydink!! It really is a small world, isn’t it? Beautiful area!
Peggy, I grew up in Oxbow....how far "back in the day"?

TJ - You are so clever. You always amaze me.
👋🏻Florida ☀️🌴🇺🇸
Was so good to see you two again. We’ve been missing your videos. Loved seeing Mr. Maytag at work!! Take care.
Intex blow up kayaks fit in a duffel sized bag. Cheap and strong. I have one.
Sounds perfect! Thanks for the suggestion 👍
We’ve only been to a little piece of Idaho before, but it was beautiful and we can’t wait to go back!
You guys do good work! Thank you! 🤙

If your still in that area, mccall rv resort would be a good transition with laundry and a pool!
Love the drone footage!
Best camping channel on UA-cam. Love watching your adventures. We hope to get on road soon with our Airstream.
Awww, Doug 🥰 Thank you! Hope you’re able to get out on your own adventures soon, maybe we’ll see ya on the road!
That is a gorgeous country. We traveled from McCall Lake to Joseph Oregon through Hells Canyon. Thank you for the video.
TJ, did you get all the skids out of the whities?
#skidmarksmatter
I only wear black underwear 💩😉
Thats cheating lol
Love TJ’s ‘Heath Robinson’ approach to getting the laundry done. Beautiful scenery. Your country has such diverse and stunning landscapes.
Watching TJ do the laundry made me smile and laugh. Today was a day when I really needed that. THANKS
Thank you for the laughs - and no excuse not to get laundry done!

You two crack me up! TJ with his homemade drill washing machine and Bri rinsing with a garden hose 🤣😂
It has been on my bucket list to go there for years thank you for the visual reinforcement of that I’m going next season Thomyt
