Labeled the rapids wrong. First one is Wild Sheep, second is Granite. Regardless of the name, they are both Class IV and within the first 7 miles of river. Both should be scouted.
That looks like a blast class 4 rapids huh they look like big wave trains they must look bigger in person with more hazards very cool just getting into white water and have been intimidated but it don't look to bad.
Thanks for the comment. The main hazard is a big hole at the top of each rapid. It’s a simple move but the ratings are high because it would be really bad to hit.
What type/size rig are you in? We'll be doing this in about a week with similar flows and I'm trying gauge the size of those rapids based on your boat. :)

First rapid at 2:00 is wild sheep rapids…. I know because the same wave knocked me out at the exact same spot.
