Pop music tv shows in the 90's often had their participating musicians miming most of the act. There are parts of this video which seem to have been mixed in live (drum symbols). TLDR; this is as original an audio, as you'll get.

The whole thing was staged by the tv show they were on, even their playing. Look carefully and you’ll see the guitars aren’t plugged in. I’d be willing to bet they just did it to get their name out there….death metal has never been a huge seller, if we’re being honest…especially if you compare with the amount of records many other artists were selling in 91.
