Just hope season 8 wont be a disappointing finale for such a great series that has captured fans all around the world!! I believe that the saga should have a grand finale in a movie on books 9and 10 with Jamie and Claire enjoying their family in North Carolina including of course William, Brianna,the kids and the rest of the beloved characters..Would hate to see an ending that leaves the viewer and the reader with a disappointing hurried ending ! It should do justice to a great piece of work from the writers, the producers and the incomparable acting by these dedicated actors to their craft..Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe will live forever in our hearts!!!!!❤

No matter how the Outlander series ends we will miss these actors and seeing this great story. We will just have to wait to see how Diana ends the story.

Why does it take so long to produce each season? Netflix should take over the production & air jt faster. What a mess. I read season 8 will be the final season. It’s a good story with good actors & beautiful scenery, why can’t they just finish the story. It’s not like we have such good programming with other stuff.
Eigentlich kann es garkein Ende geben denn Claire ist in Jamies Zeit ja eigentlich noch garnicht geboren.Und falls sie in seiner Zeit stirbt dann wird sie ja ZU IHRER Geburtszeit wieder geboren- und dann fängt alles wieder von vorne an.....
Die wirkliche Frage ist ---- kann Sie sich daran erinnern das sie schon ein Leben mit Jamie gehabt hat.
Denn Jamies Geist steht vor ihrem Fenster und ruft sie damit sie den Weg durch die Steine zu ihm findet....

I absolutely adore Outlander & lookfm forward to a Prequel. I also wish to view Black Sails'. Sam Heuhan and Caitrona Balf were spectacular in their roles', as were the rest of the cast. Cannot wait!!❤

I too hope that every thing is not rushed in to just 10 episodes it was such an awesome series
It would be perfect if these series would end with a movie, just like e.g. Peaky Blinders ( its movie will hopefully come out next year).
It’s been a wonderful series, the most iconic love story bar none. I think Jamie will probably die in the last book but Claire will stay in his time and will raise a glass of whisky at his grave and say, “And here’s to doing it all again in about 200 years my darling.”
I think you’re right I think he will die. They are a lot older in the bees book and a lot happened so I’m curious how this will all play out. I am going to cry like a baby! Just like I did when faith died!
I would just like to know when the 2nd half of season 7 will air!! And....I know I will cry when it's over! I just hope that STARZ keeps the complete series streaming for a long, long time. (I just finished my 12th time watching it from season 1-7)

I think the show should end as the books are written even if season 8 doesn’t end in Jamie or Claire dying. After all Diana has not finished the story yet.

I’m going to order more of the books so I will know how it ends I have three audio books now and they line up with the outlander series. I hope it’s not sad.
We don’t know the end yet she is still writing book 10! I wish it was done I just finished bees yesterday and I’m craving so much more!
