every qev I have come across was only rated for 150 psi. Where did you get yours? In fact most of those brass parts also look like off the shelf parts which arent usually lrated for more than 300 psi. Did you account for the pressure specs for each part?
Pressure ratings are generally 4x under rated. Up to you to assume the risk. Buy the highest quality components you can find (USA, Germany or Japan made). Also, the smaller the diameter, generally the more underrated it is

Truly impressive... I'd reccomend to test the energy with GGDT simulator... Seems like over 100J to me.
