    Terrific and highly motivating, I think in part because when you do things you like to have fun when you do them and that is usually motivating

      welcome:) yes i do. improving coordination and movement efficiency can help reduce pain, stiffness, and improve ROM.

      you could try on your fists, or elbows and see if that works

    He is my best teacher! Look at him. He keeps his back straight all the time, not curved. You teach him well. Like father, like son.

      @@TaroIwamoto yes, especially kids are our teacher for love and for the courage to be free, to be our true self, not hiding under the mask like society and culture teach us.
      Feldenkrais is a way of losing our stuck energy, emotions to be both free in our body and spirit.
      Your son is so cute.
