If you refuse both you are taken in. Its not like I can refuse and then drive off.

Of course they also taught about things like having bank accounts and balancing the accounts, how local government worked, etc. But like everything touched by Federal Government, well, I'll just leave it there. By the logic that this “protects people that drive illegally,” the same could be said for any similar protection. Should the police be able to search your house without a warrant?
