"my client suffered enough"
Well not enough to make him stop breaking the law it seems, otherwise he wouldn't be in jail right now.
To be fair, this is what a defense attorney handling a crap sandwich looks like.
These guys are amazing. They have pregnant wives, mothers that they have to help take care of, 10 kids, a grandfather in the hospital that they have to help take care of, a new job they will lose if they don’t get out, yet they are habititually in jail!! Why don’t they stop breaking the law, so they can take care of their responsibilities! 😂😂😂😂
Right?! They're such upstanding individuals, and yet trouble just seems to continually find them! LOL
and it's their Birthday! Have a heart judge! lol
The first thing on his record, I guess it's the family business.
😂😂😂😂😂
The meth case brought me to tears. I lived this with my son. Addiction is a horrible disease. 107 days in jail finally led to him actually asking for help, and thank God I was able to get him into long-term rehab. I have very good insurance and he has now been clean for 4 years. It's a life i wouldn't wish on anyone. 😢
Congrats to your son & I hope he never experiences a relapse!! I was an addict (pills) for almost 10 years & now I have been clean for almost 10 years, thankfully. But to this day, I still struggle with the shame & guilt of what I put my family through. I was very fortunate, just like your son, that I had a husband/family support system that made the decision to love me in spite of what I was doing. Much love & respect to you & your son ❤
I am glad that your son is doing well. Never starting is the only protection, and I wish we could make that cool. 😢
I 🙏 for his continuous sobriety. My son has been using off and on since he was 15. He is in his 30's now and we no longer speak. Unfortunately I just couldn't do it anymore. We buried his father and then his you get brother. I just can't anymore
@garfield2439 I will pray for you and your son, that he can reach sobriety. I understand your need to distance yourself, you have to take care of yourself. I hope your receiving some help with all this.
I'm so glad you could help your son. Meth is such a horrible drug. Like Nina Simone sang, " God Damn the Pusher Man!".
"He's a particular disappointment". So Middleton.
"Your honor, my client may have murdered 26 prostitutes, but that was the PAST...."
"Are we really going to hold last week against him?"
And I know of a 100% FOOLPROOF way to ensure you never have to pay a cash bond in your life, ever...
His lawyer was a joke.
"Suffering" for Mr. Larson? How many people have "suffered" since 1989 from Mr. Larson's actions?
I would argue he never suffered for his crimes; he was held accountable.
Agreed
Having a last name of Larceny and having that on your record. I feel like I would make it a point NOT to put myself in the position to ever be convicted of Larceny
A name that works.
Nominal determinism
Name change needed
Holy crap it took her 15 minutes to read off his past criminal history. What a pillar of society
Hey he tales care of his mom, and works when he gets caught
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@Ben-ph7pv That's hilarious.
Besides, an impressive history like that, which by the way suggests he should change careers since not a very adept criminal, should not be held against him 😂
@@spaiewonsky I wouldn't be surprised if he goes to church on easter
“On the scale of bad reasons that may be one of the worst…..your all blow and no show….” Judge Middleton is the best at low-key insults/input.
“I’m going through…ugh the baby’s not mine.” Classic!!! 😂
I love the assumption that when you’re locked up you don’t have access to drugs. My sister has spent time in Wayne County jail and prison in Michigan…like a lot of time. And she got plenty of drugs when locked up. In fact she said it was easier to get them on the inside than on the streets sometimes.
In fact I’m waiting for her to pop up on one of these hearing we watch all the time. It’s bound to happen.
My son was in and out of jail and he had no problem accessing drugs
I hear this sooooo much. No it’s not easier to GET the drugs in jail it’s easier to meet people who CAN get them because most people in jail have access to illegal things. But getting them is a different story and anyone who says that it’s EASIER than the streets is a liar. Where do you think the drugs they do get in jail come from? The streets. People smuggling them in.
The irony of that first dude's name and many of his charges being larcenies is thick.
Wouldn't it be interesting to listen in on the defendant and defense attorney when they are in their break out room.
I need 'It's all a dopamine issue' on a t-shirt 😂
That and "Oh don't worry..it gets worse."
As someone with ADHD I feel that so hard.
$493 Yep, sounds about right. I go to a methadone clinic and am tested twice a month. I am in the grant program, so the state pays for it. Here's the thing though. If I did not qualify, I would have to pay the clinic $100 a week, and still will be taking the exact same bi weekly drug tests.
Well every once in a while, the testing lab sends the clients a bill by mistake. I don't have to pay it, it's just a clerical error. But it shows how outrageous things get. I will get bills for six, seven, eight thousands dollars for about four or five tests. Yeah.. so it begs the question. Why is $100 a week sufficient for self pay clients, but for funded clients, the state has to pay thousands a month for those drug tests? It's always smelled very fishy to me.
My guess is that there are negotiated prices. The lab can bill whatever it wants, but it doesn’t get it. My ins. co. & my health care providers are the same, ie out of a $300 bill, the provider gets $87.00. Just a guess.
@@ellendickey4769precisely.
WOW. 10 minutes of priors and still going.
Bold of the judge to assume he can't get the drugs he wants in jail...
Yep, it'll be easier to get and use meth behind bars. Judges assume jail is a no-drug zone. It's more like an underground general store.
Judge is showing rather naive faith in the probity of corrections officers.
@gatsby at 10x the street price. Not many inmates can afford that. But if you can, you can find what you want. Guards run thriving businesses, supplying the pharmaceutical needs of the convicts.
@@scottmccrea1873 Do you report that stuff, or just comment about it?
@@lizardog what _are_ you talking about? I'm not in prison! But I have friends and in-laws who have. That's who told me this.
Dudes name is Larcene and larceny is one of his charges.... that's too funny! Hes living up to his name.
That's tough lol
Hi everyone. Love from Australia ❤️ 🇦🇺
That defense attorney is a great advocate for her client but she really cannot read a room. She doesn’t understand what she should say and shouldn’t say.
'You want to interrupt me? How about you just go do all your time?'
😂
LTWM… Keeping me celibate and sober, one video at a time.
Blow-up dolls don't cost much.😅😅😅
When your name is larceny and your criminal history backs it up ... 🤣
O!M!G! "All Blow and No Show" HAS to be THE BEST THING I've EVER heard a judge say! In my life! EVER!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Just . . . O.M.G.!!!😂
Reminds me of "all hat and no cattle."
"How come I have to track of all the crimes I've committed and the counties they're committed in? That doesn't seem fair, Judge. What county are we in?"
He goes by different names! LOL Michael Burglary, Mickey Felonmouse…
Oh I love this judge! She’s a tuff lady when needed!
Having a not so great day and saw this sorry I missed the live but a watch even after brought laughter. Thank you.
Oh I’m sorry. Hope it’s gets better soon.
Hang in there. It happens to all of us.
Hope your week improves for you! I relate 100% & struggle daily myself. Much love to you ❤
We had a holiday here in Denmark, at least I get to watch an episode before work tomorrow ♥️
Did this first guy here say his name was Michael Larcenies?? It must be my hearing... or the universe is in ironic overload
Call me Miss Demeanor. JFC
Maybe his first name is Steal
@@3vom918 I want to meet his parents parents...Grand Larceny
Never stood a chance lol
"So, what brought you to St Joseph County?"
"Well, I'm a big Judge Middtleton fan."
Mr Larceny (😂) has been a busy guy, when does he have time to cut grass?? 🤔😂
"It's all a dopamine issue." 😂
1:41 wtf is Daniel KUCK doing? Looks like he's shooting a rap video
I work 2nd shift so i miss these lives but chat never fails me
watch his attorney blink as the judge reads his record re the bond request...tough to be a legal aid attorney. Shes very close to contempt and should be.
The lower the education level the higher the criminal behavior is. It's like people can't understand that criminal behavior has consequences if they have minimal education. This can't be allowed to be an excuse. I hope it isn't.
It is used as why else would they ask/axe about education levels… i
Yeh. And having babies. Another lame excuse.
I love it even if it was a million dollars money is not going to stop him from doing anything if he wanted to😂😂
Texas inmate sounds like he's been held EVERYWHERE!!! 😂😂😂
It's like they say, "never ask a question you don't already know the answer to," AKWARD!!!
I literally seen the color drian out of his lawyers face....she was like wtf did I get myself into 😆
“Your all blow and no show.” Lol if the Judge can hold 180 days over his head, have him do 180 days inpatient tx.
Regardless of the dislike in the comments for the attorney in the $25k bond case, she made a valid point.
Agreed
Yes she did . But the problem is how she made it and that she made it twice
She advocated for her client. That’s to be commended.
@@honeybadger1847 yeah, these days we commend people for just doing their job, because there are so many who are just phoning it in. And yes, I'm talking about politicians.
That is literally what a defense attorney does for a living. Pursuing it again was getting a bit extra, true, but still.
Mr. Larcenies was typecast by his parents when they gave them his name. His attorney made the argument about the bond once very clearly. The second time to make the same argument and laugh was totally inappropriate.
You definitely have to trim and cut and save and play Middleton's "All blow and no show!" Please. I might even buy a mug that says that. Lol.
AND she said it TWICE! I vote for contempt or censure.
Judge Middleton felt bad, you can tell hhahahah
I always thought bail was set as part of the punishment. To make the person think twice before doing something stupid again. Apparently, I was wrong.
Hey! My dad was a welder & never drank. He wasn't weird, although when he got out of the army after Korea, he kept the crew cut. Also, he could play any musical instrument but could only play one song..."In the Mood".... 🤪🤪🤪
There are worse songs to choose but it's hard to get it out of your head once it's in there!
RIGHT.....he commits crimes but he is not a criminal and the general public should be LOCKED up so he can be free.....RIGHT....
Mike’s advice-“Bad relationships & drugs lead to nothing good”😂
I just discovered that St. Joseph is only 1hr 37 min away from Chicago. That's like a day trip. Silver Beach and Lions Park look nice.
Bravo to all welders!!!! 😊
I think the attorney knew she messed up! She will probably never cross that line again!
It’s the criminal’s “penance”.
I've never seen anyone make an appearance through the bean hole before.
Ikr. He must be a problematic inmate. That was strange
.. the Manson resemblance..... ??
For those who do not know... "All blow and no show" is neither a sex joke nor a drug joke. It is akin to "all talk and no action." Another version is "all talk and no walk."
And "all hat and no cattle 🐄."
"Its all a dopamine issue" Mike that MUST be a shirt! Im begging!❤❤
Love LTWM & Judge Middleton ❤❤ 🤗🤗
Not cuffs Mike.... Silver bracelets 😂😂
When I was drinking I used to try to get about 2 drinks away from puking.
It's no wonder that the first guy calls himself Michael Larceny 😂
The wheels are falling off the bus with Judge Middleton
The last one was another example of the damage drugs do to lives.
I can’t believe the legend Middleton is located in my neighboring county lol.
I learned something from the first attorney and response from the judge
"Welders are a different breed" spoke to me LOL my ex is a welder...TRUTH!!! Great guy, but they different haha
NGL, for the first ten minutes I was distracted by the guy identified as Daniel Kuck who's just wandering around on camera.
Judge DeSantos voice reminds me of Abby Lee
It’s all a dopamine issue = best explanation for legal issues. I’d wear that T-shirt to court. 🤷♀️ Lol.
I don't know why you pretend to be so down on relationships, you and I have a perfect one. I am here, you are there, I don't know you, you don't know me. Perfect.
It really is awesome 😂
@@LawTalkWithMike Yes, you literally have billions of perfect relationships. Wow, look at me all optimistic in a bleak sort of way. Have a goofy day, sir.
Wow, who would have guessed that Mr. Larcenies would have such a long rap sheet?
"All blow and no show." 😂😂😂🥳🥳🥳🥳🍻👍🏻
OMG… all blow and no show. So funny i love Judge Middleton, he does not pull punches.
She wasn't wrong about the power of money in the system
All these criminals with family responsibilities like elderly moms etc…why didn’t they think of this first? Also, I would bet his mom is disappointed in him
Mr. Larcenies? No wonder he's in trouble. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy.🤷♀😭
"He's a particular dissapointment." 😮
I was a bit distracted by SGT Fitzgerald and his large guns on the screen, I'm a simple gal 😂😂😂😂
Do Atty’s not look up the record of their client’s prior to requesting a bond amount?
Re welders: It's all the heavy metals in the gases produced by the process.
Judge Middletown seems like a nice and fair Judge. Very mellow.🙂
Gilbert and Sullivan , The Mikado : " Ive got a little list" !!!!
Man, there sure is a lot of noise going on in Judge DiSanto's courtroom.
And the crescendo with Judge Middleton doin the SMART thing. He's such a good judge. He's down to earth, fair, and he CARES!! Going to jail when dealing with an addiction is the answer for most people. Forced sobriety is the perfect phrase. Well done, Judge!!
Dude’s TShirt said “Aero POS Tale” 😂😂😂
Judge Middleton is so cute when he plays Cupid 😂
@10:44 My argument for my client to have a lower bond would be that even though he has a criminal history, he is not a flight risk. The purpose of a bond is not to punish, but to ensure that the person who is accused of a crime, does return.
@12:02: Oh man, the lawyer did not help her client with that statement. There are times when the thoughts we have are best kept as thoughts. Lol
Yeah, Judge, if you don’t set a reasonable bond he won’t be able to get his daily dose. Besides, drug prices in jail are astronomical!
What prompted you to drink?
“I’m a welder”
My bf is a welder 😂 I literally ALWAYS call him "a different breed."
Ohh man I gotta get it together!
There are only two ways to go with a name like "Larcenies", and Michael, alas, did not choose to become a certified public accountant.
Depending on how long she has been an attorney in that area that might warrant a contempt or it might warrant a brief conversation in chambers or possibly a strongly worded memo
Closed captioning just said Mr Lareceny was born to be in court 😂
"How many babies? Let's see, four, but one isn't mine, maybe."
Johnny just need a badge and a squad car now!!lol
If this was Judge Bryant, it would be over.
LTWM-TIME SERVED,guy gets drunk before court on last day of probation
