Some people, like myself, simply cannot stand the feeling of something foreign in my eyes. I tried contacts once, my eyes were still watering for a half hour after the optician put them in, my right eye was turning red, and irritated. The phrase "You'll get used to it after a while" is absolutely unacceptable as any type of solution.

The same thing happened to a friend of mine while vacationing in San Francisco. His laptop and other items were stolen out of his car while he was sleeping in it. (Road trip) he used the Find My app to trace it back to a location. he knocked on the door and said I don’t wanna hang you up I just want my stuff back. They told him to get bent so he got the cops involved when they showed up he hit the button to make them play a sound, and what do you know, sound came out of their car. The cops located his items in the car. Then they ran the plates and it was stolen. So they gave him back his stuff. And then arrested the guy for Possession of a stolen vehicle.

Nobody ever said that he wants to put his child on the street. But he needs to get off the street in order to pay child support. The notion that someone who’s homeless is in any position to be paying child support is absurd. RIDICULOUS. Neither one of these two parents even deserve to have their children. They’d be better off in foster care than with these two losers.

I do understand his point of being back in his home so he can shower, have clean clothes proper hygiene for work. She is a single mom and can get assistance, put kid in school an get a job. She has to put 50%, he isn’t responsible for her. Shes had 6mos to get assistance or wk n save up. She gets a job gets out, let him back in his house so he has no excuse why he cant wk and pay cs. She can’trely 100% on cs. His few hundred isn’t going to be enough. So if she thinking that him paying is going to get her out, it won’t. She’s got to get a job. He obviously worked paying that mortgage for +3yrs looks like a nice house just by that high ceiling/railing you can tell what type of home it is. So she needs to get assistance move out, get a job so he can get back to his life where he did wk. so there’s no more excuses. She obviously wants to live in a cushy home, not wk and be supported but being single🤔 but still want him to support her. Sounds like it wouldnt be different living on section 8, way less nice im sure. Lets say he pays support, she would be living off his support(too many women do) bc she ain’t going to work. When you split, you BOTH have to work and do your part.

@kimberlylozano2881 agreed she needs to contribute too. But I don't think you were listening to what was going on. She isn't asking for child support to live off of. She is asking for child support for daycare expenses so she can get a job and work. She also said she has interviews coming up. I get there are women who try to live off of child support. But if you actually listen to what is happening, then you can see that it's not the case. He hasn't even spent time with his child in 3 months. Nobody is stopping him from going home except him. This whole homeless thing is an act. In his mind, it is an excuse not to be a father. If he cared that much, he would pay his court ordered obligations and spend time with his son. Both of which he doesn't do.

I’ve been homeless before I cleaned up my act- now, I work full time with two children under age 4. If it weren’t for my mother I’d be screwed- period. &; before I had my job .. assistance actually BARELY covers a thing. I received 500 cash assistance a month. 300 in food stamps a month. And that was it. There’s a ton of stipulations for childcare and bc of covid things have waiting lists. AGAIN, if I didn’t have my mother.. I’d be screwed and wouldn’t be able to work full time. They broke the window, spent my entire paycheck, wrote $5k in checks (this was late 90’s). I was active duty. They used my ID, and they were Hispanic. They even signed my name incorrectly. I blame the stores for not being more skeptical. The best part - they would write in the for line what they bought, to rub it in my face. When the cop arrived, he told me I should have a car alarm. I told him that doesn’t help now, could we focus on what just happened, please!!! 🤬🤬🤬

He threatens the guy with 2 or 3 different outcomes if he interrupts again, but the guy keeps interrupting and receives none of the punishments - bottom line is that the guy learns nothing and will argue as much or more the next time he is in court. Though upon further thought I kinda can’t blame the judge for not terminating this hearing and resetting it for a future date - who would want to go through all of this a second time if the guy hasn’t learned his lesson????? Maybe a contempt fine with follow through would have been a better punishment threat!

When I was 9 I had a cousin that was also 9 who was murdered by his step-father and he was just like this guy in every way. The body was never recovered so the man walked free. But the man has a rap sheet and will cry to anybody who will listen that he is a victim of the system. Of white privilege. Of white supremacy.
He ended a child's life and he believes he is the victim. There is no SOUL in a great majority of this culture.

    Poor Judge Foxworth.
And newsflash - kids still have to eat even if you are unemployed, don’t have a car, or are 1/2 blind. Pay your child support. The government is not your child’s father.
And that poor Uncle - i was in fear he unalived right there on Zoom.

For goodness' sake Mike. Do you really believe people think all of that before they have sex? There were unwanted babies long before welfare.
