Once you have the funds, you can repeat the same thing with higher value items, such as gemstones. Diamonds give the best return. Pick a nice location, such as the challenge door that wants to see a high combo multiplier, and just get your multiplier up sky high while fighting your enemies. It will give you a ton of good points, a pretty decent weapon, and a few years off your character's age. Once you spent all your money, abandon the quest, which will actually pull you out of the area entirely and reloads you back to the Guild, and lo and behold, you still have all your money. Well, this is not a god yet, suggestions for the next video: 1: dupe ages of will potion, 2: get your multiplier to about 10-15 (can be easily done in the cave near the door with the challenge, since the multi grows according to the damage dealt) 3: drink 20-30 ages of will potions 4: lvl full mana and magic barrier (physical shield) 5: dupe mana potions Profit, nothing will ever touch you again, your hits on the unworthy hit stronger than Thor's and the expansion of the tea empire can continue!
or just buy and sell the same handful of pies to the guy at the entrence of bowestone, buy all his will potions. buy and sell them to him over and over again until you have double the required money, sleep for 3 days (6 times) then buy all of them from his restocked inventory. buy and sell them until you have more than 1.5* as much money as you need. sleep for 3 days. on repeat until you have crap tons of will potions and money. i never needed to use the item duplication glitch to become untouchable. played through the entire game and never even got touched without using the infinate exp glitch. all i did was use the infinate money glitch then farmed will potions from the bowerstone merchant.
Fable was singlehandedly responsible for getting me into gaming from probably far too young an age. I read the guide religiously to become as OP as possible on the original Xbox.
Oh yes that would be awesome :) The miracle exploit was fixed pretty quickly, but you could still cheese the game by teaching your creature highly destructive miracles, for example (you could teach it Explosion, if you had enough patience) Or build the kindergarten right in front of the sacrificial altar and make a ton of reproducers...
Battle of the gods has a humorous exploit, want your people to live in mansions? before the game start choose neutrel alignment and purchase the life miracle the one that cna resurrect people, thus you have won, also want villages that can't really die? make sure to purchase and build the siren wonder, use it on the skeletons and thus you have undead villagers, its a "latest" becaused I tried it before hte franchise was buried but the temples in Black and white though, HOLY SHITE IS IT STUPID and no I do not mean bad stupid I mean great stupid but I don't remember if you could build multiple of the same temple and ave more of hte affect unless it will only count it one time, then the native americans and celtic cultures are the ones you should build temples

I'm so old I remember the hype over the original Fable, it was going to be the end-all be-all game. People played it and were like it's pretty cool; until Oblivion came out.
I was a wee lad who watched my dad play em both and he never let me play cause I always just tried to instantly attack guards and do evil stuff, now I’m so balls deep into games like Skyrim, Kotor 1&2 and making games myself! Whoop whoop!
I always liked fable more than oblivion. I just wish fable was longer. Oblivion is a much bigger world and require much much more time to complete the story lines, yet fable was more interesting story and game play to me
I love the ES series but fable is my all time favorite game. I remember the hype too though and it was a spectacular game just different than what elder scrolls was putting out.
game exploit on the original fable and the original fable: the lost chapters (dlc) you can buy on steam. this game exploit allows you to get the sword of aeons the strongest sword in the game effectively before you finish the tutorial boss the queen bee. just need to get the summon ability and get assassin rush. go to the chamber room in the guild of heores, summon your creature which is normally a bee if you dont have it kill anything, then assassin rush through the summon creature and get under the alter of the chamber room, grab the sword and walk on out, boom strongest sword in the game

Why even bother? unless u have a thing for killing undead I really don't see why spending sooo much time. I need 1 arrow 5 minutes and I have maxed all my stats. I won't reach that combat multiplier 32/33 when my victem is a rock troll. But I never saw CM as a goal to reach for.

Fable is my favorite game from my childhood. The story, the magic system, the experience, it all was mind blowing when I was a kid. I did enjoy 2 and 3 but the first 1 was absolutely the best. Later in the game you come across Lady Grey's house. There one of the enemies will endlessly summon minions and you can get your combat multiplier to the hundreds. Then you could drink all the potions. That was our way of farming back then. This is just ridiculous lol

There is actually a place between the Circle of the dead and Bargate prison that summons infinite amount of undead. Effectively giving you an endless amount of combat multiplier. I got mine into the 300+ range and used this exploit with all the XP potions. the only down side is that that place is only available really late in the game.
I played the original all the trillagy and the anniversary. You can get the original in "disk images" and it's more broken than the anniversary version.
Try this with the original lost chapters edition; Make a backup of your save file after beating the game, you will notice that the character got a separate save file, then start a new game with a new save. Then take your backup character save file, dump it into the new game save character save spot and overwrite the "new game" child character. You are now a 60 year old scarred demigod beating up children and your dad. Then everything goes to shit and you turn into a child! Seriously the amount of nonsense you can do to the save files are absolutely brilliant!
And I thought my strategy was broken back in the day. I effectively assassinated everyone in oakvale, rented every house in the town out and would just collect the rent, sleep, and repeat over and over for money, but this is next level
If you're on Xbox you can do that but better. Set your console time as far back as it can go, then set it as far forward as it will go. You get ~100 years of profit in 30 seconds. Buy more properties/shops and repeat. Don't worry, setting the console time all the way back won't affect you or your ingame money
@@theuglyducklingisgodlevelt6104 I don't know about fable 1 but you can absolutely do it in fable 2 on Xbox. I remember doing it back in like 2010 when I actually got it and played it. (Don't know when it came out). But I remember that was how I sped up my money accruing from property to 100% the game by buying castle Fairfax, while being able to keep the dog alive. (Sorry for spoilers)
I played the original Fable way back when - the only real exploit I remember abusing the heck out of was the Berserk one - Berserk, save, reload and you could stack the Berserk buff permanently. My character was roughly the size of a mountain.
They were patiently waiting for their turns in an orderly queue, just like we do here in the UK because they knew it was Spiff playing and they wanted to please him (and also not bring down his wrath upon themselves or their entire world).
this only works on pc due to the way they have ported the ui over, in the original version you couldn't do this, the only way to become infinitely wealthy was to buy hundreds of items and mass sell/buy from a vendor for profit, there was also a 'save game' glitch you could do in the original where you would go to the cottage in the woods and get the quest to save little jimmy from the hobbs, in the garden area there was a dig spot where there was a silver key, the way the game worked it would auto save before you go into this area, you loot the item, save the game and this would save your item data but not the quest progress, you reload the auto save and rinse and repeat until you have 50 silver keys, however it did have a chance to corrupt the game file so you needed to be careful when doing this, once you have 50 silver keys you go back to the guild and in the main outdoor area of the guild you can loot the 50 keys chest and get a legendary weapon right at the start of the game and basically have it on 'easy mode' for the majority of the time until you get to later stages of the story.
It was always broken, it was always absurdly easy, but that was never the point. There’s something intangible about the enjoyment that comes from playing it over and over, one of my favorite games since 2004
What he meant was it was the original over hyped, over promised buggy exploitable big RPG that was fun and had mass market appeal but not as good as anyone hoped it would be. The older elderscrolls games were great but skyyrim, although fun, is not as good even though it sold better and was overhyped a little. Fable was overhyped a lot but still, semantics.
@@Nobody1707 no fable 3 gave people a fable game with interesting mechanics that worked but an unfortunately short story and a botched dialog tree but still a fun game (basically the fall out 4 of the fable series). Your childhood home town. BTW you failed to mention that you dont get back there til about 1/3 of the way into the game. Also its not about kicking the chicken far, its effectively shuffleboard, but kicking chickens instead of sliding a puck.
Please do more. Also you can get a higher combat multiplier by overcharging an arrow (literally 2 minutes solid) shoot a troll, it will give you a 60 combat multiplier. Also solus greatsword
You can also exploit one of the shirtless guys to level your character, just gotta make sure you beat him behind his back into a corner. And the good part is you won't become evil while you do so.
My favorite money exploit in Fable was once you got to Oakvale, you could wait for the item shop to have a 'sale' on Emeralds, and the you could buy all his emeralds for a discount, and then turn around and sell them back to him for regular price. Rinse and repeat until you have all the gold in the world!

I loved Fable, had the original, Lost Chapters and Anniversary editions. There is a better spot to pull this off, albeit later in the game. After getting the armor for Nostromo in the Graveyard, when you enter the path to the graveyard, undead start spawning for quote some time. Using the Shield spell to stop the combat multiplier from dropping I have hit a combat multiplier of 50+. The only thing is you need to watch your mana since that is what will take hits instead of health. (It also works when revisiting the Bowerstone Jail, the undead will spawn indefinitely, and using the same trick got a multiplier over 100)
I wish I could get Fable on the Switch. Played the original version waaaay back in 2001. It was a BLAST! The stuff they let you get away with in that game was great!
I played fable without exploits 2 times and in both of them I was only that powerful in the last few hours of playing God damn fable is easy to exploit
I'm afraid MrCorvusC is correct, there may be a few broken marbles in that sack sir. Fable 3 was hands down was one of, if not worst games of that year.
I never got around to playing this one. But I remember exploiting the Date/Time setting for Fable 2. Once you have some property for rent you could set the Date on the console to its furthest date. Load back in and it would give you all money earned in that time. Use that money to buy more property and then repeat. From there you could eventually buy the experience potions and get jacked
Being very evil in this was so fun; I got the "murder the town, buy their newly available house, and then rent the building to new tenants" exploit very easily and it's one of the most memorable moments in gaming for me 20 years later tbh
Neat side note. If you can afford multiple apples you can do the reverse. Go to buy tab on foods select apple so the menu drops down. Now select the potion tab. Even though you don’t have enough gold to buy multiple potions the shop keep will take you to a zero balance but congrats you now have as many potions as purchasable apples and can now become a millionaire or beyond.

Well, this is not a god yet, suggestions for the next video:
1: dupe ages of will potion,
2: get your multiplier to about 10-15 (can be easily done in the cave near the door with the challenge, since the multi grows according to the damage dealt)
3: drink 20-30 ages of will potions
4: lvl full mana and magic barrier (physical shield)
5: dupe mana potions

I love both but I arguably have more nostalgia with Fable, I was beyond addicted to that game lol

Then take your backup character save file, dump it into the new game save character save spot and overwrite the "new game" child character.

Didn't know about the duplicate stuff.
The UI is different in the original. The duplicate exploit doesn't work.
this only works on pc due to the way they have ported the ui over, in the original version you couldn't do this, the only way to become infinitely wealthy was to buy hundreds of items and mass sell/buy from a vendor for profit, there was also a 'save game' glitch you could do in the original where you would go to the cottage in the woods and get the quest to save little jimmy from the hobbs, in the garden area there was a dig spot where there was a silver key, the way the game worked it would auto save before you go into this area, you loot the item, save the game and this would save your item data but not the quest progress, you reload the auto save and rinse and repeat until you have 50 silver keys, however it did have a chance to corrupt the game file so you needed to be careful when doing this, once you have 50 silver keys you go back to the guild and in the main outdoor area of the guild you can loot the 50 keys chest and get a legendary weapon right at the start of the game and basically have it on 'easy mode' for the majority of the time until you get to later stages of the story.
