I have my GT se just over 12 months, its an absolutely brilliant bike, I put a delkevic stainless oval exhaust on it at xmas, it sounds amazing, its shorter than the factory one, but doesnt cause the panniers any issue.
graham cliffe I'll be getting a new exhaust very soon! That's the only thing I was worried about and that's finding one that fits with the panniers and not burn them haha
I've got some aluminium tape which I might stick on the bottom of the right hand pannier just as a precaution. If you look at Delkevics website there's pics of the GT with all the various systems fitted, dont have the panniers in the photos unfortunately. By the way what camera are you using?
I love mine, plenty of pick up and go despite the weight. Its a fantastic motor, torque is smooth and all gears usable. 4th gear if my favorite, can have a lot of fun :) Storage is good with the panniers. You must change the exhaust if havent alreay, I have saved almost 5kgs weight and sounds great
It's a great sport touring bike. There's plenty of power, lots of nice features built -in, pretty reliable so far I have had it in five years. The only complaint is it feels top heavy when not in motion and when going very slowly. That feeling goes away at regular driving speeds.
I find the bike handles a bit squirrely without the two bags on the back. It's a bit of a strange feeling like there is no real control. With the bags on, it's a confident feeling other than the top-heaviness at very low speed or at a stop.
I love mine. Plenty enough power when you need it. I find the speedo readout fine, I guess if you're used to a large digital readout then switching to an analogue you might have an issue. Your mirrors will one day shake. The springs do go weak and you can't adjust them to tighten them up.
RevvedUpBiker thanks for your input man, think its growing on me!!!! Yea ive jus come from a digital thats all and thats a shame but the mirrors are fine at the moment. Everyone about it is just sweet 😊👍
I like the bike a lot but I'm too short 5.7 and maybe too old 54 nice video badeway ride safe 👍

Shane Kmet I agree totally with everything you've said... Change of exhaust is in the works over next few weeks! ☺

Great feedback Johnny, I agree, it's a pain manoeuvring or parking it up lol
