I'm just really long winded and have nothing better to do than throw out ideas for mods that I don't have the skills to make myself. As for Lewis though, I think a similar process to what I outlined for Pierre would suffice. Expose his affair with Marnie to lower the town's faith in him, uncover his golden statue and expose that, find out about his misappropriation of town funds/general laziness and blow the lid on that, get him arrested and replace him with a new, date-able NPC who's actually a competent mayor.
