Your 30mins work out for weight loss video has become a life saver for me! I am so glad that that I found your video and can complete the workout with slight change in up up down down(I do plank in this place), burpees(I do slow burpees). And I could loose 8 kgs in 2.5months. You are just awesome! That workout video which I use daily for my exercise has all types of stretches in it. Thank you again!

Cobra is a yogasana . Its actual name is Sarpasana or Bhujangasana . That it is not an exercise but yogasana should have been mentioned instead of calling it cobra . However, I am sure that all these exercises must be helpful to reduce belly fat within a very short period . Thanks from India .

Hello Monika, I am sorry that you havents seen the desired results yet. Usually it takes 15 minutes to burn 100 calories. Results vary due to a number of factors like your current weight, age, gender, metabolism and how hard you train. Results are visible after one month of consistent workout but a watch on what you eat is also essential. We suggest 2 nutritional rules to follow - 1. stay away from sugar i.e. desserts, chocolates, icecream etc. 2. avoid grains i.e. flour, bread, pizza, junk food etc. With regular workout and diet control I am sure you will see the results soon. I just completed my 110 th day of workout excluding 16 resting days in between and third day of thirty minutes workout which I started one again after two months without thirty minutes workout a day every day you not gonna have a healthy fresh glowing toned slim body and I am already slim those who are double my size have to work double the time with double intensity and have half the diet everyday what I have to get desired results ! Seriously and results vanish just after fifteen days completely once you give up on exercise ! That's my observation of my own body so keep going and these workouts are good but I hate repetitions I didn't know it has repetitions tomorrow other workout for thirty days with no repetitions and evening stretching middle split alternated with back stretching everyday ! I am proud of my consistency in maintaining my healthy slim body which anyways I am genuinely not interested in gaining or losing any weight it's fine if I gain five kg more but I am even happy with whatever my body form is now very satisfied !

@Roberta's Gym ok thank you for letting me know I want to tell you I am 5foot and 7 inches tall and In December I was 53 years old now the other one you said I not sure how it's working right now I have lost weight but I still 162 I was 180 and I want to be 120 again I work out all the time so I putting it in there and I don't eat sugar and junk food
