Unboxing and Component Check
Begin by unboxing the Centurion D5 Evo sliding gate motor and ensure all the components are present.
Familiarize yourself with the various parts, such as the motor unit, gearbox, rack, and mounting brackets.
Verify that you have the necessary tools for assembly, including a screwdriver, pliers, and any provided Allen keys.
1. The steel base plate has 3x treaded holes in it.
Screw all 3x steel bolts from the bottom of the steel base plate and secure with a 17mm spanner.
2. Now fit the 3x steel bolts each with a steel nut and secure the steel nut by using a 17 mm spanner.
3. Fit a washer on each of the steel bolts.
4. Place the gate motor onto the steel base plate.
5. fit the earth wire strap on any of the two left side steel bolts.
6. Fit each steel bolt with a washer
7. Fit each steel bolt with a spring washer.
8. Fit the last remaining steel nuts on each of the steel bolts.
9. Finger tighten the steel nuts.
10. Align centurion gate motor parallel with the steel sliding gate.
11. When happy, bolt down gate motor completely to the steel base plate by using a 17 mm spanner.
