This video shows a Core Drill. Specifically a Hilti Core Drill but any Core Drill will work. Hope that helps!

​@allsafepoolfence thanks! In the video you mentioned to exaggerate by .5 to 1 degree. If I'm understanding correctly you don't want to drill a straight hole, you want to drill it at around a 1 degree angle? If so why and should the angle be pointing away from the pool.
