This mellifluous song was composed by one and only "Mellisai mannar" MSV.Though many of MSV'S melodies had their roots in old hindi film songs,MSV improvised such tunes and presented them in a manner that fits to "tamizh culture".In all of MSV's compositions,we can see a chain of continuity from Pallavi to charanam.This song is no exception.
Gopal's orchestra as always, has given great support to the performing singers.They are reproducing the prelude and BGM in such a way that we all feel joyful.Pandian's performance is subdued.He is a good singer,but he needs to be more expressive(Bhaavam).Anusha has a sweet voice and she has presented the song in a pleasing manner.Thank you Gopal.

Another gem of a song gifted by my most favourite Music Director, the great MSV Sir. Reproduced beautifully by the team. Pandian could have done a bit more better. Anusha was marvellous. The sharp santhathies at the end of pallavi and saranam - which I think are difficult to perform - were brought out excellantly by her. Orchestration was brilliant as usual. Thanks for the entertainment !!!
