I have been taking your classes for a little over 2 years! We had our babies around the same time so I cycled while pregnant as well. Now I’m 11 weeks postpartum and let me tell you it’s HARD getting back into it. I have to take multiple breaks. I promised myself when I got pregnant I would continue to cycle. I am so proud of myself for working out while pregnant and now!

Hi I love your sessions and you have converted me (sort of😊) to the bike. I do a lots of different things to cross train, but somehow I cannot master spin technique. I ALWAYS feel it in my quads, not my hams or glutes. Any tips please?
I have your recipe for cabbage casserole and have a question. The ingredients call for tomato sauce but I don’t see where to use it in the directions. Help?

Also from the uk, yes absolutely! I’ve been doing loads of Kayleigh’s workouts on a foldable bike I got on Amazon. Something to bear in mind, you can’t stand up on a foldable bike, but she usually mentions some adjustments to the workout for if you want to stay in the saddle.
