I just had a hysterectomy 5 days ago, so I will not be able to actually start these exercises for a few weeks. I am pregaming & planning what I’ll be doing once my doctor releases me to exercise. I’m not going to spend the rest of my life with this big belly, and now that my estrogen factory has been removed I will not be fighting against a hormone rollercoaster!

Wow! I think this was my favorite workout in this challenge so far. I really felt the targeted burn but also a bit in my quads. Day 7 done! I think I'm seeing a difference and ready to commit to another 10!
