Some of the best, most motivating & inspiring content I've seen in a while. Fergus, thank you for this...makes my Sundays every week. I was at a University of Miami baseball game when this dropped...I showed this to three of my friends I sit with at most games....they were mightily impressed & I know at least 3 of them started following you, Fergus. You're a great inspiration to a lot of folks bro. I'm now working towards trying to run a 5k in July (here in Miami no less...July in Miami is like living in a sauna 24/7) and I'm nearly 62 years old. I'd given up hope for the most part, but I've been revived by discovering your channel and watching several other hybrid athlete channels...you have given me hope and some goal to look up to. Guys got the biggest GPS phone strapped to him to make it seem like they're climbing K2. Meanwhile on the tops you'll find a group of 70 year olds, a couple of junkies with their tops off and some geezer with a sausage dog.
