What I really loved about these guys is the fact that they were able to catch so much air even late into their run. So many skaters in the x games and other things get a couple big airs, then lose so much speed that they do stalls and then their run is over. These people kept on going and I respect that
@chrismanify Actually while I was watching this video I was thinking about how the tricks back then still looked pretty difficult. some tricks I saw in this video i have never even seen before. like that barrell roll looking hand plant @ 3:51. I have never seen that. I might've seen Lasek do something similiar to that, or Burnquist doing the Burntwist... but that was crazy. I don't know, skating has definitely evolved, especially the terrain, but FMX and BMX has evolved even more
@drgutai1 Listen... I am the worlds greatest professional skater... i think i know what im talking about and thats either a 1080! and/or an 1140 airdude... i wont be quiete. .... or quiet. but there are clearly 3 - 3 1/2 rotations happening here.
@rcrespo357 you dont know anything about skateboarding, be quiete. no ones ever done a 1080 air. if you look carefully there are 2 full rotations (720) and then the commentator even says 720
