The only thing it needs letting us upgrade our farm more frequently, because only getting to upgrade your farm and trying to unlock the mines season by season takes so long 😭😭😭 You could live in year 5 and still not unlock the hot spring above the mountain
This game definitely doesn't get enough love! I know there were some annoying aspects, like having to earn a million G to upgrade your house enough to have a baby, but I love the characters, the towns, and the mountain
Glad to see people actually know this game this is the game I have the most hours on my DS A New Beginning is great but I like the art on this game a little more the music might be a little generic but it's so fitting it also is the best harvest moon game for the ds minimum glitches and the farming happens right away it is simple yet not slow like the other titles its a normal paced game
im not really into farming sims, but this one is really special for me. i like that you can choose where to live and what do you want to specialise between farming or tending to livestocks. art is also great with anime style portrait, music is relaxing, nori is my my childhood waifu, i mean shes still is. and my favourite part of this games.. CARTS. Great video btw
I just pick it up for my first play through. Also I thought hiro was a child, and I was really worried why the doctor was letting a literal child help take care of the town😅
I ADORED this game as a kid! I don't remember how far I got in it, but it was so much fun! I should replay it again. I don't know if my oldest save is still there but I hope it is!
I remember playing this so SO much, and never got to unite the towns 😭 id always get so far, wonder what the other town was like, and just start playing through that town. Never even courted a bachelorette 😭
I remember scouring the internet for scans / translations from japanese game announcements and magazines for this game 😭 I was 12, and harvest moon was my entire life lmao
As much as i want sunshine island to be the next remake, i won't argue if this comes first. Just hoping you have more upgrade options (choosing which farm to upgrade would be nice) and fix the 3DS mountain glitch (game freezes if you go up the mountain on your 3rd day).
So far I've played through Story of Seasons trio of towns and really liked it, i also have the first SoS game but haven't played through it yet :p I don't even know how people feel about the switch releases though but the 3ds games are fun enough
I love this harvest moon I just spent this past year finally marrying Cam (he's best boy) but sadly my cartridge doesn't want to work anymore. Still fun video :D
All the music used is from Harvest Moon TOTT but yes! It does sound Professor Layton esque~ I'm a huge fan of that series and have used the music for other videos ha ha. I'll probably talk about Diabolical Box eventually cuz that one's my personal favourite :D
I want them to make a new one to also can you play the normal one on the 3ds I'm planning on getting a 3DS for my birthday and I own the normal one sadly my ds I have has a bad screen so can't play it witch sucks

The graphics and design of the game are just crazy beautiful and cozy. Doesn't need to be super high graphics to be.
