Anoma it looks delicious.i too make a similar one .but I put chillie powder a teeny bit of sugar and a biiit of Maldive fish chips as well..it also tastes tasty. what do you think of using those as well?
It's possible, but you will require a re-fillable oil sprayer, or a commercially available cooking spray. The crispyness is achieved via a light coating of oil on the flour coating/breading.
Aunty I made brownies many times...once it didn't come good and only top part was baked..down not baked...should we beat the egg mixture a lot? I did it in double amount..why is that?
Thanks Aunty! Looking fwd to see if we can fry Sri Lankan sweets in air fryer too. I live in a basement apt in Canada, and deep frying isn't allowed due to safety concerns, smell, etc. So I try to substitute deep frying with baking in the oven. Doesn't always come out the same. And we use a lot of heat. Using the air fryer seems to be the best answer.
There is another one called combi 3 in 1. It's a combination of Airfry, oven and microwave. Full complete easy and quick way to cook. Fantastic gadget.

Since last one year cud not go out properly to a shop because of the pandemic. Only went out to buy grocery / medc.
