    Ingredients :
    Rajma - 1 Cup (Boiled with salt)
    Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
    Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
    Chaat Masala - ½ Tsp
    Onion - ¼ Cup
    Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsp
    Roasted Gram Flour (Besan) - 4 Tbsp
    Salt to Taste
    Olive Oil - 3 Tbsp for shallow frying
    Onion Slices - As Desired
    Tomato Slices - As Desired
    Lettuce - As Desired
    For Yogurt Spread -
    Ingredients :
    Yogurt or Hung Curd - 1/3 Cup
    Lemon Juice - 2 Tsp
    Salt - ½ Tsp
    Garlic Powder - ½ Tsp
    Black Pepper - ¼ Tsp
    Instructions:
    In a bowl, Whisk yogurt.
    Add salt, garlic powder, black pepper and lemon juice.
    Mix Well.
