Tesla will let the other manufacturers release their vehicles and destroy them. Almost everything is built under one roof. The other companies can only produce a limited number of vehicles. Won't be able to fill the demand which means less of a profit. Tesla will destroy all of them.
There have been other vehicles with really large one piece flat windshields and they would typically use a single arm with three smaller conventional blades attached to it. This particular one looks almost like a single rubber blade, but for production it may have to use multiple smaller blades. Perhaps three 24in blades on a single arm.

State Laws vary. I know in TX you can’t fly over private property without permission whereas Maryland has nothing to say as far as I’ve found. Of course Federal law supersedes state law so make sure you’re compliant with those as well! Good luck! Get some shots of Nikola while you’re at it!

As someone who wasnt too thrilled with the looks initially i must say it does look pretty good in motion.

In Europe you would need 5-6 approvals at least 30 days before takeoff just to fly above such location
