This is how I am healing my gut naturally. I will actually be eliminating the foods this time around considering I am currently working with a holistic practitioner. I started eliminating these foods as of March 2, 2022 and will continue through around June/July at which point I will test again to see if I've made any improvements and of course I will report back!
