    Took this test due to a study for IBS in my state that was conducted for three months. The yellow and red category foods shocked me. I cut down and cut them out. Changed my life. I can eat what I want without feeling malnourished, I can go out without worrying about what to eat, and enjoy my life not being in the bathroom for hours each week. I cut down on wheat, and cut out soybean/soy, asparagus, banana, maple, and a few others. Created new recipes and other foods I like and enjoy at home, and I don't eat out as much either but I'm not missing much with it. It's great to not have issues. I'll take that any day over going out to eat.

    I did this in July and the results were a game-changer. EVERY. PERSON. needs to have this done. You will be so happy you know this for the rest of your life. Worth every penny.

    Were you surprised at the yellow for Whey since you use it so much in smoothies?

      Yep but that was years ago and the cool thing is as you remove the lighter fluid and put the fire out often it is tolerated

    I know I have a problem with dairy. Lacaid pills use to work now they do not. If I eat something with dairy I become very tired,week,hot and cold , flu like symptoms, I can get vertigo, throat clearing, nausea etc. My body shuts down. I stopped eating dairy when I come in contact with it I know within a couple hours. I was allergy tested which didn't show I was allergic but I also don't or try to avoid dairy at all cost. I was thinking of getting the MRT test done . Will dairy show as a reaction if I haven't eaten it in over a year? I also avoid eggs which give me stomach problems. I also have IBSD . Alot of strange things that randomly happen doctors can't figure out. I have a gastro doctor's. Had multiple test done when I'm sick and they say the test come back fine so they diagnosed me with IBSD. I might have an auto immune disease but nothing has shown up so far.

      Dairy may show as a reaction despite you eating it or not, however there are a lot of other reasons dairy can be reactive such as lactose intolerance, etc. I would get on our Digestive Basics bundle to reduce the inflammatory influence of these foods as a starting point and yes the MRT would be great too.

    I still haven’t found a good way to use GI Lining. I haven’t found a good food to put it in

      We find that smoothies and shakes are the best way to incorporate an assortment of things :)

    At 7:58 your 2014 results show very little reaction to wheat, which would then be recommended by MRT to consume. Your 2017 results show it to be very reactive, which would then be avoided. What accounts for this?

      In 2017 after a c-section Ali's gut was likely in more distress which caused a higher reaction. We still don't recommend wheat to be clear. www.naturallynourishedrd.com/podcast/naturally-nourished-episode-74-are-you-still-eating-gluten/

      What do you mean by not very accurate? MRT is the most diverse and complex food inflammatory panel on the market!

      @@toneman8478 MRT shows food sensitivities. You may have food intolerances. For instance, your immune system may not produce many mediators when you drink milk. This would show up on your test as non-reactive. But if you're lactose intolerant you may have cramps and diarrhea. This wouldn't mean the test was inaccurate, just that you have a different problem that's causing your symptoms.

      @@BringItOn31124 That is why its not an accurate test and not worth the money.. Food tests are bogus.. It's not the food causing the problem it's the pathogens in the body causing the reactions

    I don’t think these test are very accurate at all cuz the foods that make me feel sick, came out that it’s ok for me to eat and the foods that make me feel good, turned out to be foods for me to avoid🤦🏻‍♀️it said I pretty much says I should be vegan but also you can’t eat these other vegetables 😂😂 like WTF cuz even with chemicals as well and certain oils. For me canola oil and corn syrup make me feel really sick and it makes my skin all ugly cuz I’ll get pimples but in the mrt test it says it’s ok for me o.O like it all said I should avoid all animal protein except for eggs cuz eggs are ok for me to eat cuz that’s what the mrt says but in reality eggs give me headaches and it makes me nauseous and foods that I don’t eat at all came out that it’s bad for me and some that are good for me. So like tuna fish,and peaches are foods that taste yucky to me so I don’t eat it but apparently it says it’s bad for me but how would it even know cuz I don’t eat those foods. My functional medicine doctor was really upset how inaccurate the test was and just pretty much told me to eat animal protein in moderation cuz she was also surprised by the results. Like for example I’m lactose intolerant and it says it’s ok for me to eat dairy😂😂like hell no, I’m not going to eat dairy and have a shit attack💩💩💩

    I already know exactly what bothers me, so why test? If I don't heat the laundry list of items, I'm fine. I hear these tests are not worth it. So much conflicting information.
