I’d be surprised if some of these combo kicks worked on people, I tried the first drill at my Muay Thai lesson, it’s safe to say I fractured my foot

Yeah that is so unrealistic for self defense purpose but it is quite cool. in the time of doing 4 kicks someone would land a straight punch on you easily.

She hasn't ever done a video on punching as far as I know. I just scrolled through all of the videos on this channel and it all kicks, conditioning, weapons and sparring.

im curious. does it hurt kicking bob with your instep? every time i kick him, it stinks so much. i had to start putting chest protector and head protector on him before i kick it

It's been about a year. How is it going? I started karate almost 4 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Do a video talking about and showing martial arts in movies and tv and see if maybe it could work or is all just fantasy, is it based on reality

Taekwondo looks quite so fragile, compared to my Muay Thai lessons I’ve done through out the years.
Star Gamer all martial arts are good go look at Xavier and yair Rodriguez different kick technique but works in real fights

The best kicks are the spinning back kick that Muay Thai can use from Taekwondo. All of the other kicks just look cute and arent effective.
