      around 17-18 years, but i stopped when i was a kid(which i regret) and i started again at 28. if i hadn't stopped i'd be at 30 years of practice.

    I never had the opportunity to officially train Tae Kwon Do. But if I watch you in your videos so excited and see how much you love this sport, that makes me happy. Even if I have no coach and no hall, I train myself and practice with my friends. One day I will be able to train Tae Kwon Do and until then I will watch and practice with your videos💙♥️

    I just love your channel, enthusiasm and Spirit. I would to train with you but now suffer walking difficulties due to a broken neck in a car accident, then developing Fibromyalgia Syndrome. Please keep in there your an inspiration. I studied both tae kwon do and wing Chun kung fu. So the fighting skills I use are mainly the combination of the two. I still love martial arts I will now do tai-chi just to help me keep walking. Thank you keep up with your skills and God bless you xXx

    Quite nimble! Steps are simple. But Kungfu footwork have different concepts and A lot more varieties.
