Great video... I have a question: How do you set email grouping and have a dropdown of all the conversation per subject (just like how outlook does it)
Although the emails are sorted as conversations I don’t think you can have a drop down like you have in outlook. You will have to scroll back to the email in the email body area if you are looking for an older email in the conversation.
Oh!! thanks!! Spark can use add-ons. I have added todoist to spark and you can share emails from there to todoist directly. They also have add-ons for other task Manager apps as well.
They do have a paid model for the app. Spark plus it is called I think. You need it if you want to use their advanced filters and AI features. They are definitely not a privacy first app. I don’t think they are selling your data to advertisers but they are definitely storing it on their servers. Their privacy policy is pretty long but you can probably parse it through it ChatGPT or something to get a summary: sparkmailapp.com/legal/terms

I couldn’t find way to do that. You can prioritize an entire thread but you can’t separate out any one email.
Is there a vacation setting?
Such a good email client, with the worst search functions. Can’t believe it doesn’t support exact strings.

Yes it is free to download and use but some features are only available if you have a subscription.
