■ With all due respect, Keep Productive. Would you kindly focus on including some videos about personal apps that are used outside of business & team related projects. I want to see what apps are available for individuals. Thank you 🙏🏻
We do plenty of those 😀
Daily planners, calendar apps, to do apps, we’re trying to cover more notes apps to!
@@keepproductive If you are solopreneur you should check Flowlance (calendar, payments, client management)
I need an alternative to Samsung mail on Iphone.
The all inbox and the refresh button on widget.
Any suggestions?
Could you make a video of productivity apps for personal use only, nothing that is more focused on business or teams, thank you!
I second this!
About 70% of these apps are personal focused, we’ll be covering more soon.
which one does work with the Things3 without payment?

I'd love to hear more about Spike's new team space as I can't find anything about it anywhere. Your last review is from 3 years ago. 😢
Newton mail is amazing, it is just not supported at all. Wish it was.why recommend it if it is buggy?
Still looking for a replacement for spark classic (2.0] on my mac…. I hope that they continue to support it for a long time to come
Spark has become a liability in my Apple ecosystem. Unfortunate, because I've used that platform for several years, but now they are pretty much useless
@@erik.swartzcould you elaborate please? I’m currently trying out Spark whilst also retaining to my Ecosystem
Shortwave!
true, not to generous but its ok
I like Proton Mail. It's incredibly important to have at least one privacy focused email regardless of your profession. Of this list though I do really love Spark feature wise. Great integration with Todoist, too. I use Spark for personal stuff where privacy isn't a concern.
privacy doesnt exist on the internet
I personally prefer Shortwave over the others on this list
I need to checkout Shortwave fully.
@@keepproductiveseconding shortwave. I think you'll find it better than most on your list...will also rival Superhuman in many ways.
Isn’t Newton Mail dead? I was very interested in it but when I tried it it seemed broken and people online are saying the company isn’t even replying anymore
It got killed, then came alive, then killed again, then alive again.
Had to ditch it, just went downhill. They still took a annual payment even after deleting my account.
@@keepproductive perhaps a poor choice of words: it’s operational, but the most recent reviews from 2024 (at least on the App Store) indicate they aren’t getting support from customer service, lack of development, several mail fetching issues in terms of delays or not getting messages at all. It’s even worse on the Google Play store. If this is alive then I would hate to see what dead is.
@@waynekelly11not sure if my comment got deleted? But yeah that’s what everyone on the app stores are saying. It’s not dead as in there’s an existing app you can download, but it’s definitely not alive. Bad/no sync, no customer support / service, subscriptions getting renewed even after cancellation. On both App Store and Google play store all the reviews are horrible
@@keepproductive It may have "come alive again" but it has so many issues; Gmail syncs intermittently, in-line attachments don't display, autopopulating email addresses from contacts hasn't worked in months, and support is non-existent. I've done everything possible to keep using Newton, but stumbled onto this video and was truly shocked to Newton being recommended.
Hi, what about data security? I do not like apps that want to save my password on their servers.
Looking at the respective policies are important for each tool you look at, we are not experts in this.
What about Earthlink?
Newton, if you can get it to actually work, always had such a clean interface. It was a great writing experience. Unfortunately, it's not supported anymore, it crashes, doesn't sync well, search sucks, and essentially misses emails. It was my favorite email app for years until it got sold, bought, sold again, and now lying in a closet somewhere connected to the world but forgotten. I don't think the current owners know what they could be sitting of if they dusted it off and gave it some attention.
What about Thunderbird (a real classic, isn't it)
I’ve checked the AppStore multiple times & could never find ‘thunderbird’
Am I doing something wrong? Lol
What above shortwave?
On our list.
Just wish superhumans personal license was 10bucks a month. Or they should charge per mailbox or something. Ive used superhuman and its really great but 30 bucks a month is half my internet bill 😂
And NONE of these would be acceptable to replace the corporate email standard. Our company will only allow the Apple Mail or Outlook. Both of which most likely will never hit your top email apps.
Both are pretty good these days to be fair.
We tended to focus on those who are using email apps in a capacity for all-round use, eg. personal and non-corporate scenarios (SMEs, medium-sized businesses)
@@keepproductive Outlook works well for using both a personal and an org account, and integrates the calendars so your personal stuff is timeblocked on your work calendar.
Spark, end of story 100% Spark.
Which one do you use?
I use Superhuman as my go-to one.
