So. I'm a Bay Area native (transplanted to MD) and was in town during the Crawl but was there for work and didn't know. *sob*. ALSO, I'm a Livermore native and seeing TWO stores featured was amazing, including the store I know my mom spends a ton of time at quilting. Thank you for highlighting these local treasures.
The best thing to do if you're going to be staying within the city is to park somewhere and then take public transportation. The city is extremely well connected.
This was so fun to watch! Parking in SF is such a nightmare!
How cool to see Wool and Works yarn in one of your videos. Chloe is one of my favourite Aussie dyers. Her Barbie collection she released last year is amazing!! It would be so cool for an Australian dyer to end up in your blanket.

😂 We just had our 2024 Greater Philadelphia Yarn Crawl and it was awesome!! 16 shops in 4 days!! Can’t wait to see what your experience was!

I enjoyed seeing all the shops you went to!! Living in the Bay Area, my friends and I have been to several of these shops, but we only went to 3 on our yarn crawl day. In fact, we saw you at Avenue Yarns, your first stop. That is a great shop!!
I visited the SF and Marin stores yesterday and thought about you and Kent having to drive the van through the tiny streets and park the van again and again. Oof! Thank you for visiting our yarn crawl and documenting your journey. You did such a nice job of summarizing each shop. After visiting these shops, I fully appreciate what you and Kent are doing to make these visits happen! Have fun on the rest of your trip!

Ooh so fun! Four Purls is about an hour from Orlando and Knitty City is in New York City. We've got video tours of both!
