    Well done , u r a great person who is helping and educating the community....
    Sir i fell in uric acid regularly after 3 to 4. Even my uric acid value at 7 and I feel pain in my left foot ankle. I take 2 Diclofenac 100mg twice a day to even go to the wash room. Kindly suggest some treatment and Medical Test. I am from Pakistan... Thanks for ur kind Cooperation..

      Bone density increase only with consistent weight training and excercise under professional guidance. Diet also reqd. You have to do both. Sirf ek se kaam nahin chalega.
