People keep crying and nagging that you cannot practice , well i am very happy i finally found it..and it only benefits me . And yes i went thought real corses and still doing last part wrong on my own and this is so much better anyway ..i would hurt myself more on my own and it’s annoying that it is such taboo

@Trouvaille Trolls: what you are describing is a comment phenomenon with meditation. And you have already hinted at the cause as well as a "cure" for it in your question - you WANT to do it. Meditation is no wanting, no craving, etc. When you "chase" after a particular goal ("I want to meditate", I want to calm down", "I want to..." quite the opposite will happen. You will feel agitated and after a few minutes will be exhausted (instead of relaxed) after the meditation. Just sit/lay down and start your practice - but don't be too fixated on what you are "supposed" to do. Just do it without pressure. When your mind wanders and you get distracted REALISE it - but don't fight it. Just be aware that thoughts come up. Accept them, embrace them, be kind to them - and then just let them go. Don't push them away, don't get angry at yourself or anything/anybody else) for it, be grateful that you realised it. Be gentle to yourself and the thoughts. Never use force or pressure, no matter what happens. Just lovingly realise what happens in your mind, develop positive thoughts towards yourself, your practice, even your "failings" and try to see everything in a positive, kind and loving way. Following your reasoning, nobody would have ever been able to reach anything or go anywhere with meditation.
