Therapeutic tea time 🫖 I think it’s great to show the reality of the constant highs and lows of life, it’s not only relatable but realistic ! Keep it going🙂

Such a wholesome video ma Romy ❤️ I loved hearing you talk abour your feelings in the last bit, and I completely feel you about the negative thought cycle. When we have one negative thought, our brain wants to nourish itself with more of it. It's almost as if it enjoyed doing it, like a little animal that gets filled with joy by being nourished by these thoughts, so it definitely takes a lot of energy to get out of it.

Hi Audrey! i'm truly grateful for you and your kind words, thank you for being here on my channel and sending me love 💕 It's awesome you gave yourself time to read 2 hours, it's not always easy. i'd love to hear what you learned if you'd like to share! 😳

@@teawithromy :)) no its not always easy to take time to read and focus on a book when life gets busy or i feel tired and i just want to watch tv and forget the world. The more i read the more it makes me feel relaxed like some kind of mediation plus i feel like time slows down when i read a book compared to watching tv where time just pass by in a split second! I don't mind sharing at all :) Lately i have been reading books about vegan natural pregnancy (Im 32 and going on a donor insemination journey on my own!) and even though i have been vegan and into natural healing for a decade, im learning so much about plant food, plant medicine, vitamins and supplements and what our body is capable of je capote!!!

I was wondering where's the tea? haha. anyway, i like your approach of being transparent with how you feel and how you react to certain situations, i've been aiming to have that kind of approach when it comes to my life. also, awesome video :)

Hi! Haha great question, did you mean the tea from 'tea with romy'? if so, for me the tea represents coziness and warmth, which is the space i'm trying to create on my channel. so to answer your question, the tea is in the vibe 😳 (i hope that makes sense hahaha). Thanks for your kind words and i wish you all the best 💕

Essaye le houmous au beurre de cacahuète à la place du tahini ! 😍 Ca fait un snack/apéro sucré-salé, mes amis l'approuvent toujours !

So many knives in this video XD I know this might be a weird request, but can you maybe describe the flavor combinations and consistency more in your videos? I’m a picky eater, especially when it comes to consistency, and I’m scared that I’m going to try to make it and then I’m not going to like it.
I’m used to eating a lot of meat but would like to know more recipes without meat for some meat free days :)
I feel like it’s only human to feel bad when you feel like you fail at your own expectations. I have struggled with being destructive towards my self and having way too high expectations so I can relate :) I try my hardest to let go of it but it’s super hard and sometimes it feels very limiting to my life.. it for sure is a journey at the least, but going through hardships in life makes the success feel so much greater ^^ congratulations on getting into Uni and I hope you will get many successes in the future!

Hi Anne! Thanks for your comment and wishes! 😌 i totally get the picky eating. the ramen and oatmeal are actually very slimy, which I don't mind but i know a lot of people dislike that! And most of the dishes (except for the breakfast) are salty and acidic (which is my favorite mix).
I totally agree with you about going through hardships! Our daily struggles are necessary to start shifting our mindset towards our goals. I hope you can find your way as well 💕 sending my love xx
