- Moving to a new city for your studies can be terrifying -- I personally didn't know anything about Lund and had never been to Sweden before, until I moved here for my master's degree. After 2 years of living here, I can honestly say that Lund is a wonderful and welcoming place to study. If you're a prospective student, I hope this video gives you a better idea of what it's actually like to live here 😌
love,
romy

As a former masterstudent, and a native, but from Malmö, this makes me so nostalgic. Makes me want to study again. Sadly never got to interact much with international students but I loved my time at Lund and the little I did exchange with non Swedish students.
That was such a cute video! Having lived in Lund myself, I totally agree with what you're saying. It definitely is really conveniently located, close to nature and close to big cities, and still has a lot to offer for students. I love that you mention how easy it is to meet new people there: studying there really is what you make of it, you can be very involved and social, and you can also have calm solo time and live a slow life. PS: love the knee kiss!
Thanks for sharing your experience 🥰 i’m glad to read that you had a similar experience as well! ✨x

Hi Romy, about housing in Lund, what kind of apartment is a best fit for a family of 4
hi again! what a lovely video (^ー^)
if i may ask, how/why is it hard to make friends in paris as you said? is it the lack of students in general in your experience? hope you have a great day 💖🩷🥳
Hi! I feel like in Paris it’s difficult because there’s so many people living there and the city is very spread out, making it harder to make regular plans. I think its easy to meet people, especially if you’re a student or work in an office, then you easily hang out with your classmates/colleagues. But when you’re out of school or want to build close friendships outside of work, it’s more difficult! People are so busy with their everyday life and commuting can take a while if you don’t live in the center… but ofc if you’re already in a student bubble, its much easier since you see your classmates everyday 😌 but another thing is that many parisians are “born and raised” so they have their close friend group and it can be difficult to integrate. But again, everyone’ experience is different and paris is so diverse! 🥰 thanks for your comment, have a lovely day xx
Hi how are you? I got admission and visa for lund university,, but now I got some personal issues and I am unable to come,,,, will I get refund tution fee???? Please answer
Hey Romy! I would like to study a masters degree of two years at Lund University but I would like to go with my dog. Do you think that it is possible, is Lund or Malmo and Lund University pet friendly? Can they ride public transport or train? Thank youuuu your video helped me a lot
Hi! Yes i would say it's pet friendly! I've seen dogs on trains/buses often :) one of my classmate would sometimes bring their dog in our building also

Hi dear Romy! I am going to be a student of Lund University this year 😊 Thank you for sharing your experience. It is very valuable.
Could you advise a platform/ webpage to search for apartment? Big thank you in advance!
Hi! I mostly used Facebook groups but I’m sharing more about this in my past video here 🫶: ua-cam.com/video/3Jq4kO92LSo/v-deo.htmlsi=ZCNoZ4VP2AqiEtAX
Awesome. Are international students such as non. E. U. Have to pay high fees??
Hey! International students have to pay fees, it depends on the program :) you can check on the LU website!
Hello Romy , It was a wonderful video . Keep it up ! I wanted to ask , can students do part time job there ?
hey, im not in university yet, but I was looking whether that was possible too. I found a student at another uni in sweden who said she did dog-walking at lunch time, and babysitting is a possibility aswell. Its probably not helpful but I thought I should share what I find :)
@_..lilss1 Thanks 😊
Hey :) yes for sure, i had some classmates who worked part-time! usually speaking swedish is required though, but i’m sure some places would still hire you even if you dont speak swedish 🙏🏻
@@teawithromycould you do a video on job opportunities for students in Lund? I heard there aren’t many options (mostly cafes, but you can’t get hired without Swedish). Would love to hear your perspective on this!
😂
Any indian😂
Hehe
Me I was finding the Indian too😂
