Thanks for this video!! Found myself in a situation a couple of weeks ago where a bag like that would have been a lot of help!! I have a few things in a bag now, you gave me some great ideas of other things I need to add to it! Thanks. Stay safe!!
I'm glad it helped Debbie and I'm glad you're moving toward a little preparedness. The world is changing and we need to be more prepared than ever before in our lifetime.
I think you should replace the life straw with a survivor filter. Now why do I say this? Most people live or spend a lot of their time in the city. The city is filled with all types of people, vehicles, animals and what have you. A life straw can only filter bacteria and protozoa, which would be great for a forest environment, but not viruses (from people and animals), chemicals (from vehicles and technology, and not heavy metals (again from vehicles and technology). The survivor filter can though. It won’t filter as much (only lasts for about two months worth of water), and it costs about a third more, but it will serve you much better in a city environment.
Cool. Useful items to help you out in a jam, and really give you more to work with. Just to add 14:15 one thing i do is add a marker on these types of hybrid cordage. For this one something like could tie a red cord (prusik knot),wrap red tape or sew red thread on one end for example. I've also had a few times where supplies on me or with my bag came in handy, and really makes carrying it the other 364 days worth it. Thanks for sharing all the best to you and the family from CR.
Thank you Tactical Health, I know a lot of folks would like to see more bushcraft stuff in there but I try to be more practical for my personal situation.
Another good video. I believe it helps to see what others have for edc/ghb. It gives each of us different ideas about our own needs.
Thanks Teresa, I missed this comment earlier. I agree, I love seeing what others are carrying. 🙂
Love your videos
I'm new to your channel. Yes, this bag is great. There have been some times that would have come in handy.
Thanks Ava, it's a decent option. I like the small size but carrying it for miles might be more of a challenge than a backpack.
You are better prepared than 95% of the folks. I'd consider adding a SAM splint to your bag
Actually I already have a couple. I need to get a video up on my med bags. They're pretty extensive for a civilian.

It's something to think about for sure. Thank you. 🙂
Great vid. Love the pack. Only recommendation would be a hat or beanie depending on where you are.
Thanks Roger, I agree, a hat is a must. 🙂
A very good load . If that is an ultra fire battery beware they can explode .. Thanks for sharing atb and God bless!
Thanks, I've heard that well. Lots of counterfeits.

Freedomgathering.org new Prepper website, not the church website
Nowhere near enough cordage.
You're right Jay, not if I needed to build a shelter. I was thinking the same thing.
