Just so we’re clear, Timothy McVeigh was hired by the FBI during his tryout process with the army special forces to be a covert operative under operation *PatCon.* His handler was to Larry Potts, aka The Major who specialized in these types of covert operations.
After his falsified discharge, McVeigh formed a loose federation of bank robbers that went by the moniker _Aryan Republican Army_ to fund their operations. All of this is documented.
Over the next few years, Timothy McVeigh was seen at many gun shows handing out and recruiting individuals to fight against the government. It was all part of the rouse.
This is an intelligence tactic called *sheep dipping* which leads to provocateurs terrorizing the populace in an effort to justify bloated law enforcement budgets and unconstitutional tactics techniques and procedures.
McVeigh was seen on video 1993 at camp Grafton in a military uniform parking a military vehicle (Bradley) which McVeigh would have known how to operate being a mechanized infantryman. This was 2 years after his alleged discharge.
The OKC bombing operation was planned in Elohim City in Oklahoma and eyewitness testimony has The explosives charges planted by Andres Strasmeir (Andy the German) the day before the bombing.
The truck bomb (largely a distraction) was built by a man who went by the moniker *Poindexter,* he was murdered after completion and his body was put inside the Ryder truck accounting for the leg which was found in the rubble that ‘belonged to nobody’
After the explosion, McVeigh was purposely apprehended, confessed, and eyewitness testimony states that he was still alive after his execution (which had been fast tracked) had been staged, with the bilateral rise and fall of his chest still occurring afterward indicating breathing.
His Identity was changed, he was hired officially by the FBI under the new name of Paul Wysopal who is now living in Nevada.

Hacking is something far more complicated even for the best. Some people spend weeks, months, and even years to hack something that has a miniscule access to the information or control over devices that one seeks.
