@@Auroramystic Dude, wtf do you mean by "ew Asian"? I'm an Asian myself also an halfie, just don't come around being racist towards people.
It's all about the exposure. These kids' parents are both into technology, and maybe one of them might be into cyber security and they have made their kids passionate about the same, from a very young age. And the best part is that they do follow an activity, which in turn acts as a reward for the work they have done the whole day. Hence their activity induces proper chemical release in their brain and this is the path to success and one day to perfection.
Damn, i like that explanation.
@The RPG true that is my sister
Ahh How I wish my childhood life also like that and I would have been really skilled right now
This. This is how you weave a child's passion for something. The age where their curiosity is rising is the perfect time to show and teach your kid the subject of which he is curious instead of shutting them down or outright forcing them to learn something that they never showed interest in. Plus it helps bond your relationship with them. This is what being a parent means. "Anak ibarat kain putih, ibu bapalah yang akan mencorakkannya" meaning, Children are like white cloth, it is the parents who will design it. How successful your child becomes mentally and physically will reflect how good you've raised them.

hmmm.. no reason to feel dumb. The thing is that, what the kid is doing is not difficult or genius it is just alien to many, something you haven't done before. Just how swimming is to many if they have never tried it. Believe me if only every kid's parents would have been into tech and could have spare money to send their kids to these conferences ( You know as they cost a whole lot of money, for travelling and registration , and being a speaker is seriously very easy. especially when you are a kid (as the organizers might think it would be cool to have a kid present)) then you would find kids like him in every house and talking about the difficulty level, if you have passed grade 4 then you have done a more difficult than this kid is doing.

The part where he "hacked him" is totally scripted and fake. He just has a nano script open which is used to edit the code of script or any text document. You cannot just grab a person's password like that even if you are on the same network. There is arp poisoning attacks which allows you to sniff packets but not passwords because it is encrypted
Lol this is obviously for entertainment purposes. However it would still be possible if you’d redirect the traffic on your MiTM network to your own phishing page. But yes sniffing passwords doesn’t work on HTTPS
