Bobby! Most beef sticks (including Archer brand) contain encapsulated citric acid on the ingredients list. What is encapsulated citric acid? It is a combination of citric acid with seed oils (usually hydrogenated 🙁😬). It is officially processed food in my book and I would not be eating it.
He knows this. He has acknowledged it before. He keeps advertising it because he gets paid to advertise it.
Can someone explain to me what thrive market does for you?
I personally wouldn’t use thrive market, it’s too pricey. I would shop local and support your town or city.
@@user-yh7ev2hz9p They are pricey, only certain things are cheaper. Your only true savings is when you first sign up. But the trade off is if you don't have time to shop in the store. It is convenient to have it shipped to your door. As with anything, you are paying extra for the convenience. (They do have some good things that sometimes you cannot find in the grocery store.)

I have a question.. If the Kombucha says 12g added sugar, how do you know that that’s not the amount of sugar that is leftover FROM the fermentation process and not that the 12g is what they added into the fermentation process and we were left with almost 0g of added sugar? this’ll probably go unnoticed but it’s always worth a try

Bobby, I had to stop ordering Flavcity Electrolytes Drink Mix, it’s a bit expensive.
Not only that, it has the highest PFA’s on the market. Look it up. It also isn’t an electrolyte drink. It doesn’t qualify because it doesn’t have enough sodium.
I agree. All his products are overpriced. Also the electrolytes are basically the bare minimum of ingredients.

He never mentions the sodium content. It's just as important as sugar for alot of people! Many times I went to Costco based on his recommendation but had to put the items back because there's so much sodium in them.

If you have your home air quality too high, how does the body react to when you go outside? Wouldn't your immunity decrease due to all the sanitization of everything?
I live in a city and have air purifiers in every area/room of the house. The filters get dirty very quickly. But I don’t know how you would achieve high air quality. Hopefully inside my home and specially in my bedroom when I’m sleeping I have a little better air quality than outside. I open windows frequently and even if I didn’t the house is not hermetically sealed and plenty of air moves around (it’s an old house).

A ripe off. After auditing last four years of AMEX charges we discovered they have charged us once a year for services not rendered. I tried them in the beginning of COVID. Wasn’t for me. Called and cancelled. I realize it’s my responsibility to. Check all charges. I contacted them. They offered me three months of the bill. That took the sting out. However, I only received one. Besides all that, it’s just not what I would use. Everything I can get at most all local stores. 😮

Bobby is losing credibility when he recommends the white sticky rice instead of the complex carbohydrate brown rice with quinoa - he could have recommended getting an instant pot for cooking brown rice quickly at home (cook in bulk, freeze small portions to reheat rather than buying the microwaveable packets).
He feels white rice is healthier than rice with seed oils
White rice is a terrible suggestion.
White rice is more easily digested and arguably better for the gut.

Love all your videos. My wife of 80 and me 73 just started switching all our foods and cosmetics over to organic items. There were a few items we bought that said it was organic but was not Bobby Approved. We are still learning. I think the big issue we have converting over to organic is it's to difficult for use to go to 5 different stores to get everything, Costco, Trader Joe, Walmart, Safeway, Fry's and Sprouts. Is there one store that would have most items? Not only did my food budget go up so did my gas budget.
Walmart...I' bet someone on the Walmart buying team knows and watches Bobby because everyone I go to my Neighborhood Walmart there is another 'new' Bobby Approved item on the shelf there.

I think he uses Reverse Osmosis. That is what I used to ditch buying bottled water.
